Went in to grab a soda and the cashier was bragging to a group of girls that he had a gun under the counter and wouldn't hesitate to shoot a shoplifter. The cashier seemed excited about the idea of shooting someone, this is something they obviously hope for and it's super messed up. I'm never shopping at another Circle K again because the staff are bloodthirsty and unhinged.
I've never really had any issues until recently. The newer self checkout kiosk doesn't always give the discounts on deals, so make sure to double check. The day time crews always seem to be the more outgoing and willing to assist. I'm not a huge fan of pushing the customer to use the kiosk especially when the cameras need calibration for the store products.

Well this is a gas station I wont be coming to anymore (plenty of competition right down the street to choose from) - why? Because the person they pay behind the counter cant even process gas payments for customers. The cashier will direct you to a little kiosk at the side of the counter where customers ring up their own gas and pay - all in an effort to "stop hand to hand contact" aka influence ppl to be complacent with using machines and forget what it means to interact with other human beings. Seriously, Im so tired of companies introducing these things claiming its in the name of 'safety' 😆 thats hilarious & ridiculous. 1st of all, at most gas stations the customer doesnt hand their card, we insert it into the reader on our side of the counter as it is, so where's this hand to hand contact? Yall might as well be transparent & say youre jumping on the 'no cash' bandwagon. NEWS FLASH: cash is not the problem, cognitive dissonance is. Germs are not the problem, ignorance & complacency is. Do yall sanitize the gas pump handles after every use? Does someone man all the store's door handles and glass and sanitize as ppl walk in and out? Do the toilet seats self clean? No? Surprise then there's GERMS!! GAH!!! Those with their heads on straight see whats really up, and I wont patron a store thats implementing things that oppose being a human being and interacting as one 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
This store has inconsistent hours. Frequently they close overnight. No signs or anything..

Says they sell Krispy Kreme donuts but they don't have any fresh donuts. I don't like this store for the inside items. Store selection isn't the best and it's too small and over crowded. They do have a fresh coffee grinder/brewer. I just go here for the gas since it's close to home.
The lady went above and beyond for great service she will keep me coming back

The short man that barley speaks English is absolutely awful. Needs to be fired. Refused to give us propane said “case empty” when case was absolutely full. Stalks you around the whole entire store and very rude.

I went in at 8 pm and the cashier was on her cell phone and went I went to check out she didn't even bother to get off of her phone I had to ask for the same thing 3 times before she even got off her phone to say what. At that point I was upset and she gave me an attitude about what I needed. Needless to say very poor service, y'all should really train your employees better.
Bad customer service and they started charging for your own cup of ice when all over the world it is free
I'm new to this area so I started going to this Circle K. After going there numerous times I would have to say, I won't be back. The younger male employees like to have their girlfriends sitting around the store doing nothing. Then they get mad when they actually have to help a customer and treat the customer bad . Someone should let them know why they were hired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
