The location is conveniently located for me and gas prices are average for the area. Some employees try to be nice in conversation or greeting, however they will quickly bypass your rewards on their computer so you can't press "yes" to using the rewards on the customer facing touchscreen. This happens repeatedly here, and they look at you to see if you notice this slick move. On top of that, the hot foods and snacks are often stale and pretty disgusting after 7pm yet they leave them on the roller to dehydrate until 10pm.

So want to be over charged have your card info stolen be treated poorly and have the cashier talk on his phone and stare at you like he hates you? then by all means come here. Lost me and I'm getting a hold of corporate this is a joke I been treated better in the worst part of town by a run down 711.. don't do to this store the qollmmmf D

Gentlemen working the register this evening charged me for several scratch tickets and come to find out he swiped one back. Had to come back into the store to call him out on it and he tried to deny it. Until I told him I knew the owner and when they review the footage it would tell a different story then he was telling. All of a sudden, he could give me my ticket I paid for and it was still the wrong one! And the customer before me had issues with him too because he couldn't listen and give him mega millions instead of piwerball on a Friday night. Get it together and get someone decent.

Card skimmed 2 weeks in a row. First my husbands then mine, we used different pumps. Lady I talked to on the phone tonight didn’t care and let me know the owner’s hours. Based on other reviews, it doesn’t look like the owner will be of any help. Will report to police.

If you like being served well you're CSR is talking on the phone this is the place for you!! This is some of the worst service I've ever had at 7-Eleven!!

First store with different "policies" has an oven but will want to argue with you to cook a pizza. Don't tell me won't happen here again. There's plenty of other stores where the attitude on their service in check. I'll go to them next time. Piss poor service for a manager. Worst location I've ever been to of likely hundreds. Rude manager!

This place is amazing! The night guys always take care of us. The day guy is probably the one down side, I think his name is Devin. His abrasive personality wasn’t pleasant in the slightest. 7-eleven should definitely address this.

Bathrooms arent kept up. No toilet papers, no hand soap to wash your hands so you def know that they arent washing their hands while messing with the food and goods that they are selling. Bad experience.

I went in to get a free surplee as indicated in ALL the advertising. I'll quote right from their website too "The party starts on 7/1 for 7REWARDS® and Speedy Rewards® members! Gain early access to the celebrations with $1 deals and grab your FREE small Slurpee drink from 7/1 – 7/11." Both dudes at this 7- Eleven argued with me that it's only on the date 7/11. NO IT'S NOT only 1 day. Maybe you should hire employees that KNOW what the specials are. I will NEVER come back to this store again!

Nice area but let me advise 1st time there! And the cashier did all these push in buttons when I noticed he added stuff pretended to remove and readded items, to me that's stealing! So people watch what you buy and ask for a receipt because even after I told the cashier there's extra items he still left it on there and I got the receipt to prove it, never going here again 😡
