This pharmacy is the worst one I've been to. Told they had multiple prescriptions for me but they couldn't find a few of them. Then told to come back in 30 minutes because they are "too busy" when they had one car in line and they were standing around. Also very rude. I called today to see if my prescription would be ready they said two of them had not even be filled! Go somewhere else seriously.

Literally the most rude pharmacy I've ever encountered in my life. Treated me like I was homeless. Lied. Very unhelpful. Check the other reviews. This place deserves it's reviews. Go anywhere else except here.

Called in prescription on Saturday said it would be ready Monday after 1:30, went after 2:30, no record of call, called needs in when got home, was told the prescriptions were being filled. Called 3:30 Tues, after hearing nothing, no prescriptions are in the system would I like to place an order, supposedly now will be ready in 90 minutes. I'll guess there won't be a call to say it's ready.

Pharmacy folks here are really nice, but the unpredictable hours over the last few years have really sucked. I get there are staffing issues everywhere, but if you want a fast experience, try elsewhere for your pharmacy. As for the store, the employees are fairly unhappy and unhelpful

I have had issues with the pharmacy not keeping me updated on my prescriptions. After about a week of not receiving any updates, I finally had to call. I initially was put on hold for quite a while before I could finally speak with someone. I was then put on hold again. When I was taken off hold, the phone would ring and no one would answer and then I was placed back on hold. This cycle happened a few times before I finally had to hang up. This has happened with this particular prescription twice. I’m out of medication and still have no idea when it will be filled.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I have tried to fill my dogs eye drop prescription for the last six weeks. I never get a call that it is ready and every time I call, I sit on hold for at least 30 minutes to an hour and the staff gives me a bunch of excuses and says they forgot to order it. Wow! Really!? Again? I call every few days. Absolutely ridiculous. The incompetence is astounding. Do yourself a favor and skip Walgreens. I hear Costco does a great job

Scheduled a rapid covid test at this location. I showed up on time and waited about 20 minutes before I was at the drive thru window, fair enough, but then I had to wait another 20 minutes at the window for them to get me the test and everything. After 40 minutes of waiting I got the test done amd they said the results would be emailed to me in about 2 hours. That never happened. 24 hours later still no results, which is beginning to defeat the purpose of me getting a rapid test in the first place, so I try to call the pharmacy. Needless to say I've been on hold for over 20 minutes now. At first the system gave me the option to turn off the hold music, but after 5 minutes the music started and I couldn't turn it back off, then the phone started ringing! Finally I thought to myself, then I heard someone manually pick up the phone to put it back on hold. Update: I called the manager just to be able to talk to an actual person and left my email. About an hour later I got a call back presumably from the pharmacy and they told me that their email system had messed up, but I was able to get my results. The process was a bit frustrating and I was nervous after I started reading past reviews that something weird might happen, but thankfully I did get my results, and I didn't actually have to pay out of pocket.

This pharmacy used to be great. However that isn't true anymore. They are very unreliable and it is really just run in a poor manner. They do not communicate with each other.. prescriptions are returned even though they shouldn't be. It's taken numerous attempts to have a simple prescription filled and the turnover there really makes it difficult. Whatever Walgreens changed over the past couple years, it was the wrong move.

Worst pharmacy experience! I’d give zero stars if possible. Joe the operations manager and his rude little helper (short/stout aggressive woman with dark hair and glasses) were the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They are obviously very unhappy at their jobs. Said one thing, did another and then refused me my medicine while holding an attitude the entire time. Wow, cheer up you guys.
