It was a wonderful experience. So many scents. Like. A whole lot. So many sents I had to step outside and reset and then over scent my nose again.

i have always loved going to this sephora! the employees are so nice and helpful! but today at this sephora my experience was wonderful and it was all thanks to one employee in particular and that was michelle! she was so nice, helpful, very easy going, and was a great listener. she listen to what i wanted and helped me find the perfect shade in a skin tint! i was so happy with my purchase and my experience today!

I recently went to this location in Sephora before a wedding. Originally I was just going to purchase some items but I was able to get an appointment with Ashley H. to do my make up. We did a 30 minute make up session as well as the perk face service this really helped getting ready for the wedding and made it so much easier, during the whole time, Ashley wanted to make sure I was very happy with the progress, and it really involved me with the process which I appreciate it so much. She was fun and very easy to talk to. My face was glowing and my make up looked amazing and I got a lot of compliments at the wedding next time I am in Broomfield I definitely will be coming back at least for the face perk service.

This particular location is very messy. Things here and there, greatly disorganized. If you find something you'd like? Roll up your sleeves to dig in and hunt for it because nothing was in its proper place. Looks like the staff just doesn't care what the store looks like. I know there are other Sephora stores that are shopping wotrhy.

I was nervous at first entering this specific Sephora. I’ve never been. I was greeted right away by Eric and he was extremely kind. He offered his help but I declined at first because I knew what I was getting. But he told me if I were to get stuck I can come look for him and he could help. That’s exactly what I did. 2 of the items I needed weren’t in stock and he even went out of his way to look in the inventory and I didn’t even have to ask. I did ask him about the makeup by Mario stick and he offered to hold that product for me and I can stop by tomorrow. I asked him about the light medium and he said it would look just fine with my skin complexion and I tested it when I got home and I’m so glad I trusted his word, it blended out beautifully. He also assisted me with the huda beauty setting powder and offered to hold that product for me as well but he saw that I was thinking and jumped right into action and suggested if I wanted to see another setting powder that had the same finish. So, we headed over to huda and he swatched the product then right off the bat he said “oooo yup I know the perfect one” so we headed over to haus labs and he showed me the swatches side by side and instantly I trusted his word. Eric was extremely helpful the whole time I was there. I even looked for Eric after my purchase just to thank him the second time. I loved his energy. Definitely will change my regular Sephora to this one.

The rep that helped me, Melissa, was calm, cool, collected when I came in the store in a rush, and quickly described (as a newbie to cosmetics) some products and looks I was going for. Melissa really listened to me, and narrowed in on various products that were exactly what I needed, and I didn't even know what I needed! It was extremely refreshing to have that kind of knowledgeable service, and Melissa didn't break a sweat. I’m truly grateful for the help, Melissa made my experience an excellent one.

Super disappointing experience at this Flatirons location twice in a row. Back story I am a rouge member and I usually shop online due to the store customer experience being lackluster since Covid. Present day: I have ordered twice to the Flatirons location to pick up in store within the last month. BOTH times I had another person listed as an Alternate Pickup Person. Both times this location refused to handover the items to the Alternate Pickup Person. Today I even ensured to forward the order emails to the listed Alternate Pickup Person to avoid this from happening like the first time. The Sephora associate thought it was in their best interest to treat the Alternate Pickup Person disrespectfully. Please figure out the gaps in your ordering system and unsatisfactory customer service. I’m truly disappointed, do better.

- The beauty advisers have been raised in a stable. Geez talk about manners! - no sponges available to try products, I was to use my fingers. Wow - I came with a list of stuff I had to buy and they were out of 80% of the products. It’s not the first time !! Sephora: - Please stop hiring feral people or teach them manners. You aren’t selling farm products are you? - Have beauty tools available

I’ve Never been here before this and it’s safe to say I won’t go back. I Came in to ask about brow stuff. This was Probably one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. The girls knew nothing and were no help Or maybe they just didn’t wanna help me. They kept staring at me like I was a alien or something. This is why I don’t go to makeup stores. The judgement was so bad my anxiety became overwhelming and I just left.
