The young staff failed at explaining that they didn't want to look for a certain item my sister needed. They repeated more than necessary that ordering a certain item may fail due to the order being canceled because they didn't want to look for it even though the item was in stock and there was only one left in the entire store. Thanks guys, failed the best

For the most part everyone is really helpful and friendly if your at the front the will help you with your coupons. If you ask for help in the aisle the never act funny. But just dont go there at 8:50pm. They wanna go home too.and you will feel it. But can you really be mad at them. This is great Michaels..

I like shopping at Michaels but on this particular day I went in looking for adhesives paper, and I asked one of the staff and he had no idea what that was and took us to the paint aisle! So we wandered around the store looking for the adhesives paper, we found it eventually. STAFF ME TO BE A LITTLE BIT MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND AWARE 😉

Even if you're not a crafty person, walking into this store might make you a little dizzy–so much to look at, so little time–and it's hard not to find something you want, even if it's not what you came in for. The staff is friendly and professional, and the prices are reasonable. I wish I was craftier.

Got a picture framed, and they were very helpful with the choices and selection. I took some of their advice, and the custom framing came back faster than they predicted!

Great crafts and supplies. Customer service can be a bit hit or miss - they do work hard to get it right but they can be quite slow. I’d give them five stars if the framing department wasn’t excluded from all promotions - they always seem to have every option except exactly what I need and the custom options are a little too pricey to make it worth it.

Michaels was clean and organized, we found everything we needed and the items were priced less than they were on Amazon. Good place to find some unique arts and crafts products.
