I really love the pastel Halloween stuff!! The store is just great in general. Great deals, always nice, clean and stocked. Have had a few unfriendly staff members from time to time but nothing that stops me from coming in😊

Pretty good although I prefer hobby lobby for the greater selection and when you're looking for itchy stuff, the more options the better. Also the crafting options were better at hobby lobby. However if you can't make it to the west side of town, Michael's is pretty much your best option. It's usually quiet and not a lot of people shopping there. Staff is friendly. Lots of discounts if you have the mobile app.

Was a solid experience minus having very few odd items under lock and key and no associate in sight. Like exacto knives. Get insurance and don't penalize the consumer for the thieves. Shelf was brimming full of unsold locked items. All the unlocked around. Selling. So what is worse a little shrinkage? Or not selling it at all? Been a 5 star experience had it not been for that. Will not be treated like the criminal. Especially when I can find the items elsewhere for cheaper.

Went here for the first time today and the experience was sour right off the bat. No greeters or any visible employees up front to let them know I had my pet in a pet back pack. I continue on in without any issue and am immediately confronted by an older male employee who thinks I'm engaged in theft. I try to ask him if there's a certain item available to calm the situation and he immediately says they don't have it and continues helping someone he was already engaged with. Not wanting to experience any further issue, I put back a couple of items and proceed to another craft store. I encounter the same employee at the front as I'm leaving who accuses me of trying to walk out without paying. I tell him I put them back and got out of there to avoid any further issue with this employee. I've been to other Michael's in the past with little issue and I'm sure this one is just fine. But this belligerent and possibly racist employee soured the experience. People can bemoan Hobby Lobby for their issues. But I experienced no harassment like that when shopping there.

Excellent place to start your decoration abilities or found anything you need to fix any decoration, very good customer service and really nice store, highly recommend.

This location is super clean and you can usually find things easily. The order online and pick up in store feature is also very quick and an easy option.

Clean, nice selection, could stand to have a few more employees on the sales floor (I saw 0, one in frames and one at checkout) overall a great visit

Just wanted to say one of the ladies in the back came out and helped me find what I was looking for, she gets a 5 but the store I had to give a 4 because on a Saturday they had 1 person on the checkout. Come on, hire more people and raise your starting pay to keep them!

Lost $10 on my sketchbook return because apparently returns aren’t the same price as the original purchase? Super annoying
