Why does it smell like a funeral home in here. No matter the location I feel like they are secretly embalming bodies in the basement but trying to cover it up with old lady perfume and cinnamon. But if you are into the whole Jesus thing and staring at people with tattoos this store is for you

Absolutely love Hobby Lobby. They always have what you need for arts, crafts & decor for almost every style. This location is clean & well organized. They have super cute fines & always have items on sale. You can always check online to see what is on sale as the sale does change often.

I always shop at this location because it’s near where I live. I went to return some card-stock because it doesn’t fit/work in my printer. The older lady who I assume was a shift lead because she didn’t have manager or supervisor clearance to determine if I could return the paper. She was super annoyed and said “I really don’t want to count this.” It was a package of 100 and she said she didn’t think they could take it back since I used one that got jammed in my printer. She was super rude! I also heard how she was talking to the younger girls at check out in front of customers and it was extremely unprofessional. I didn’t get her name but she was an older woman with glasses and dark hair.

Hobby lobby one of my favorite places to go there selection of beads and decor is awesome they are lil bit up in price but nowa days what isn't luv to take the kids

This is the location at the Denver premium outlets. Their selection is phenomenal and the staff is pretty friendly. One of my favorite places to get iron lak spray paint! And also pay attention to the deals each week. They switch every week

First time at this location... very impressive... best stocked store ever!!! Enjoyable shopping experience!

I bit smaller then the one off of Sheridan, so not as much to choose from. However if you live right next to it, they still have a very diverse selection and ability to nip the craft bug in the butt

The mgr yesterday was complaing and all mad because the store was busy and everyone was buying the 90% Spring items.. I don't appreciate the rude comment's and the eye roll clearly no customer service skliis at all!

This place really needs some upper management support. I came through on 3/6/23 and purchased craft supplies and multiple sewing supplies, I then checked out with a guy named Taylor who did not charge me correctly. I ended up not needing multiple supplies which I have purchased, I returned to the store on 3/7/23 WITH my receipt to return the items I bought the day before and was told by Jennifer that I could not return the product because he “gave me a discount?” A discount that I never even asked for. As a manager myself of a retail business this is pretty sad, the product was not damaged and should not have been discounted!
