WENDY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have never had a more pleasant experience at a bank or credit union than I did today. She was so informative, kind and helpful. This woman deserves a raise! I’ll remain with canvas forever because of the fantastic customer service!

The staff is ridiculous at wasting your time here, I wasted 3 hours of my day off on refinancing an auto loan which could’ve been done online to find out. Exzinia Scott didn’t know half of what she was even doing/telling us and just wasted our time. Also they pull-up on a tv EVERYONES account numbers and loans that she’s working on for anyone to see! Talk about lack of privacy! Also wasted our time by not telling us in the first appointment what to bring to the second appointment (which was a complete waste of time that we could’ve done online). Will totally be going to a different bank to refinance this auto . Negative 5stars on customer service!loan.

I'm not impressed. I got a HELOC here- their IT is absolutely HORRIBLE. The Android app simply does not function, it will not open (multiple reinstalls ). Trying to setup auto pay for the loan is a total joke. I've been on the phone with people on three separate occasions trying to get the payment amount set correctly, something that proves very difficult for them. The loan doesn't report the correct promotional interest rate in their system, I'm guessing that is a problem, lol. The process for setting payment involves a PDF form, absurd. I just discovered that I have a 31$ balance past due because... You guessed it .. Last rep didn't set the payment amount correctly. I'm about 18 days late on that so that should hit my credit score nicely. It's amazing how I never got so much as an email or text warning me there was a small balance past due. Nothing but regret coming here 4 months in . Good luck.

I was here seeking an auto loan pre-approval. I am a very long time member. Over 20 years. Exzinia Scott was the Canvas Consultant who assisted me. She was well versed on the products and options for me to pursue either using my personal or business for the application process. She listened to all my input and concerns and was extremely patient with me throughout the process of gathering my information for the application. I was so impressed with this young lady. I am thankful that I had her to assist me. Everything worked out in my favor and I could not have done it without her help. She is very genuine and beautiful to work with. I would recommend her if you are in search of a car loan or any of the other products Canvas CU offers. Time to shop for my car. :-)

I have been a customer of Canvas for some time now. I previously had a car loan with them, and the process of applying for the loan and making payments was easy. When I sold my car, there was no trouble in closing my account. I appreciate their caring and kind employees, and I will continue to do business with them. Thank you for the years of service!

Wendy has now helped me a few times and is amazing to work with. She has customer service down and finds the answer you need!! Wendy cares and this is something missing in the world today. I hope Canvas realizes what a wonderful employee they have.

Horrible online interface. Constant junk mail once you open an account. On an RV loan, after providing necessary insurance paperwork, they have charged me for collateral protection anyway. Stay away from Canvas.

Stopped in on a Saturday at 10:30am (they close at 1pm Saturday’s) to open business and personal accounts. The attendant stated it would be a 20-30 minute wait, then an hour to open the account. I said it was no problem and the attendant said it would just be better if I made an appointment and came back another day. Not the most pleasant way to start, and I considered just going to another credit union, but had already done the research and wanted to go with Canvas so I ignored the attendants attitude and made the appointment. Arrived at scheduled time to find they closed early that day. No call or forewarning to save the trip up, just closed for the employee outing. Totally cool with that, but at least spare me the trip and time. After the rude first encounter followed by the scheduling issues, decided to take my business elsewhere.

We have been a member since 2016 and it has not been great with the exception of mortgage service. That experience was awesome, but long over and I just make payments. For regular banking, there is always online problems, their rewards program never works, long waits at banks, no one returns calls, and even though I am the one who makes all payments and financial contributions, I still have to have my husband's permission for EVERYTHING. Not only that, but this is the third time in a row they have not sent me a debit card on time for expiration, DESPITE us calling THREE times this month to preempt this continual issue, and being completely reassured it would arrive on time. Now I am stranded, out of town, out of gas, and without money. UNBELIEVEABLE! My call on Monday was to get the card. It will now be to pull all of our accounts.

Wendy, at this Parker branch, was able to secure my stolen driver's license and a stolen bank card from a theft that happened to me this weekend. Because of her instincts and quick thinking she was able to help me out more than she knows! This woman is an angel, GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!!!
