    Had to wait in line for so long each time I come in here of course but I don’t mind that usually but today I waited in line which was out the entrance door and it moved so slowly was there for 20 mins missed my bus and then when I get to counter the worker tells me you don’t have debit cards even though you’re a bank no debit cards???? She barely is helpful and is pretty much just like nothing I can do sorry so I’m like why did I wait in that line for years ??? I wish you had someone at the door like usual there’s always someone checking ids or asking why I’m coming in here and this time no one it would of helped to know the card machine is broken maybe put up a sign at least so people don’t waste their precious time they can never get back thanks !?

    First time coming here. ATM is completely out of cash. Never coming here again. Pretty useless ATM on a weekend. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. I can see all the other reviews are very poor. Not a good sign. I definitely plan on not coming here ever again.

    I was finally able to get the cashier’s check I needed to pay my rent. It was so quick and easy. They were nice and helpful. They have the options for those who are in the credit union network to bank here.

    This location is ridiculous. I knew it wasn’t right when the guy told me I had to have an appointment to open up an account!!! It was not busy at all. A teller was available, there was no line, and a banker was in her office without a customer. I went in at 9:30am and was told I would have to set an appointment for later that day to open an account. Update- I called the number on google maps for this location and was told I didn’t need an appointment and just walk in and that’s what I did. They don’t close for another 2 hours and I was told I can’t be helped today…. Hmmm interesting!! Racist…. Or something. And yes other minorities can be racist.

    I have both personal and business accounts with this bank. The institution overall isn't bad but this location off Mississippi and Abilene terrible!!! They should close down this location due to the employees working there. Everyone I go into this location I get bad attitudes, no help with issues, and to top it off one of there bankers Jasmine Merida was very disrespectful when I had way too many overdraft fees in such a short time span. Any other location would have refunded and gave a smile. This last told me it was not a bank error but a user error. Your lucky I'm in a decent mood this afternoon. On another day I brought an issue to the bank manager Dawn Marie Davis. I got zero help again, total disrespect, and a bad attitude. I will keep my accounts active for one reason. The other locations are extremely friendly and always helpful. But whoever wins the institution needs to re evaluate who runs that location. I will never go to this location again!!!!

    I went in to speak with a teller about an overdraft fee applied to my account when I had overdraft protection. At the time of the purchase, my paycheck was going to be deposited into my account the following day but I had sufficient funds to cover the amount that I was originally charged, which caused the overdraft via my overdraft protection. I was told by the Manager Chad and the bank teller, Juan that they would email the team responsible for making the change and reverse the overdraft fee. Here I am a week later and still have not received a credit to my account or any follow-up whatsoever. I have banked with PSCU for over 7 years and it has been great but now I'm going to be looking for a new Credit Union especially now that they are changing their name and apparently, the customer service that I was so proud of previously.

    Indigo was amazingly helpful, funny and kind, he made my experience great and was very reassuring and great at his job. I called the corporate number and was treated like a crimimal for disputing a fraudulent charge, so I decided to go into a branch, but I was obviously very discouraged until I actually made it into the branch and fixed everything! Thank you Indigo!

    Came to deposit a check and the atm took my check without returning it. I spoke with one of the ladies there and she super rudely said ‘can’t help you’ and walked back in. Are you serious? You want to go home that badly that you can’t fix your own damn atm that stole money? Also a lady in the counter was just looking at me while I was trying to get help and she kept giggling. Worst customer service, don’t trust your money with this bank ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

    It takes 4 to 5 hours to even find out if you're approved for an auto loan. An auto loan is a collateral loan? Why is this so hard to get? Never received an email or a phone call communicating the status of my approval. Also, my calls were never returned.
