Honda insisted that we finance through partner for "the best rates." We should have gone with our guts, but we trusted them and their opinion and it has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with partner colorado credit union. Also turns out our bank Credit Union of Colorado had much better rates and is 100x easier to deal with. Partner's website is literally the least user friendly experience and trying to get a hold of anyone for help is like pulling teeth. We sold our Honda after a year and a big reason for it was to get away from this credit union. There are other much better local credit union options in Colorado, if you value your time and want to remain headache free don't use this bank.

It's sad I need to give a negative review. Aurora Partner Colorado credit union. Ever since Toni was transferred it's gone down hill. Noone ever smiles its turned into a very depressing branch. Coin machine is down 4 out of 5 times I try to use it. Considering withdrawing all my cash and move to a different Credit Union.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I have never had a more difficult experience with any lender in all of my life. How are these people even licensed!? Do no waste your time with these people. Their bankers do not know what they are doing. Their collections for payments department is so unorganized they lost several payments. They want to charge you for EVERYTHING. They want to charge you extra fees just to pay them.

Somthing is very wrong at Aurora branch Partner Colorado credit union. No body here is happy. Its possibly connected to the non functioning coin machine.
NEVER NEVER NEVER take out ANY kind of loan with this institution! If you don't believe me, just read on through the reviews. I don't know how these folks haven't lost their lending license! INCOMPETANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED. At some point they lost sight of the fact that we are members and not customers!

Don't use these guys for auto lending if you want to actually have your title. They decide to use the post office and not use priority mail so that it can easily get lost then make you pay for a duplicate that's not the original. Just use your own bank. -Update still haven't gotten my title or duplicate to get plates transferred over to my home state that expire in a month. Talked with the upper level management that gave the same excuses and still better off working with my own bank next time for auto loans.

Showed up at 10 mins prior to closing today. Its is Saturday. The "closed" banner on their drive thru was already up. Don't they close at 12? Pretty disappointed. All i wanted to do was make a deposit. Literally takes 2 mins. I'm going to look for another bank.
We have video teller machines available every Saturday from 9:00 am – noon. The lights above the machines remain on 24/7 as they can also be used as an ATM. We’re hoping the light was accidentally turned off by someone at the branch. Thank you for letting us know so we can look into it. We do not want to lose your business.
