This is my favorite Home Goods so far. They keep it really neat, and you can easily find things you are looking for. I love this place!!

If i could give zero star, I would! First time at home goods and my experience was unfortunate. Cashier Jenna saw my daughters and I standing in line to be checked out. Her light was on yet she kept pulling coke bottles on the counter. Once another customer was behind us she called us over. As she checked us out she asked if we needed a bag which we did. She asked if she needed to wrap the glass and I kindly said yes please. She began to stuff the plastic bag with all of my items I purchased. As I picked up the bag it was heavy and asked if she could give us another one. She replied “I guess”. She stared at my daughter, turned around and began to chat with a colleague. I did not observe anyone else being treated this way. Jenna needs training around basic customer service and how to put her biases aside when serving the public. We will not be returning back to this store!

We were shopping in this outdoor mall and saw HomeGoods. We decided to stop in. We looked at many different items, and they have a variety to choose from. The quality of the products such as cooking utensils, picture frames and home decor weren't good. I can compare these products to Ross. HomeGoods is very over priced. We asked an employee about a vase we saw that was chipped and wondered if it could be discounted. She rolled her eyes, clicked her teeth and said she would check. We waited for 6 minutes and she never returned. We saw her as a cashier and said she forgot about us. I would definitely look around at other comparable stores before making a purchase here.

If I could live in this store, I would! Always find the most unique items in any given department. So if you are looking to part with a few hundred bucks, definitely visit the store!

Wife always loves this store. Usually makes me walk the whole store while she looks at everything. Good value for the pricing.

There are things there that normally you wouldn't find in other stores. Great place to shop

This morning, the checkout line was backed up with at least 15 people, and only two clerks were working. Their store manager walked up to the counter but didn't pitch in to help the clerks! So, it's not only bad customer service; the employees deserve better from their boss!

I’m writing this review because every time I go to this HomeGoods the restrooms are extremely disgusting and super unhygienic even for the employees. I’m currently pregnant and I was very disappointed on how such a fun store doesn’t clean the restrooms at all.

There are so many things I didn't know I needed. Prices are pretty reasonable.
