Lucy was an excellent checker provided awesome customer service even though the store was busy was keeping her cool and doing a great and efficient job she took on more customers than anybody else in line I was thoroughly impressed. Staff are superb, so nice and really clean premises. Love this place!!!

They are remodeling, so inventory was low. Maybe it will be better when the remodeling is completed. I will try again then. The cashier was very friendly.

A treasure hunting store. One step below TJ Maxx and 2 steps above Ross. Store was clean, staff was professional.

Brought back Girls pajamas with the receipt and tags and still on the hanger just to exchange for larger size.. The young lady really investigated the receipt and the clothing tags and asked a manager to verify the tags to the receipt. I really felt irritated that maybe due to my nationality I was being profiled as a would be dishonest person trying to get over. I say this only because I watched an woman about my age exchange a product without as much inquiry as my girlfriend and I. By this point I was irritated and explained to the clerk that I do have an American Express Black card. No credit limit and could more than likely purchase a decent amount of the inventory in the store, if not most of it in my possession and wouldn't need to try and scam your establishment for $14.99. This was personally my first time in your establishment. Robert

I love this this company, and I shop at multiple stores in Colorado, however, I feel unsafe every time I come in now. There is always someone stealing, shopping carts, full of items, or duffel bags full of items. My husband has taken many carts from these people who are stealing and is putting himself in danger to do so. Marshalls is doing nothing about the security of the store, and I feel unsafe every time I shop here now. Please do something about the security of the store. People are walking out with thousands of dollars of items, while I am going to the shopping register to pay for my items. This is highly unsettling, and I feel as though I shouldn’t have to pay for those who who are coming in and stealing when prices increase, because I am paying for my items. Thank you for doing something about this matter in Colorado.

Shelves were full. Store was clean. Good selection. Some of the staff had absolutely no boundaries and would get right on your heels pushing carts forcing you to move out of the aisle to let them buy.

Marshall’s is a great place to shop for dead stock items, new and at a fair price. However, sizing and selection is often limited. I wish each store would make the makeup and beauty se ruins more appealing to customers.

Great store, great location. Customer Service has always been excellent here. And, they by far had the best selection of christmasy Christmas gifts this year, for friends and coworkers. When HomeGoods shelves were emptied, Marshall’s shelves were abundantly full.

I found a gift for my 5 year old niece. What a surprise. She'll love it.
