Dillard's

Still a decent selection but place seems rundown. No ac so trying on clothes is a nightmare and escalators are very terrifying. Mall was basically empty with so many "for rent" store fronts. Was does remain are decent but hope to not have to revisit soon

I LOVE Dillards! However, I will never patronize this location again! I went into the store to purchase jewelry, which I do monthly. I asked the store associate about pricing. Because I interrupted her and another associate playing cards, she was very short with me! So, I took my items to the register. Store associate proceeded to wrap all of my jewelry(8pcs) in the same paper. I explained that was the process (boxes or individual wrapped. And let her I know I would be speaking w/ a manager. Manager called me back and stated they was not playing cards, it was a store promotion! And the associate was one of her long time employees. Instead of her listening to my complaints she defended bad customer service.

I’m not going to into detail about my experience because I’m still pretty upset. My son was also upset, though he does not really show emotion. I do want to acknowledge Sherry (manager) & the other four ladies who helped me. Your kindness is noted and appreciated immensely! I simply want to say thank you for making a bad experience better…..

Dillards has always been one of my favorite stores but the one here in the Springs doesn’t get the best selection IMO. They opened the Dillards clearance store in the Citadel but seriously nobody like’s going to that mall it’s dicey. Just go to the one in Denver instead

Great location in the Chapel Hills Mall. There is plenty of parking near the store itself (including covered) or you can access while inside the Mall. This Dillard's is probably one of the flagship stores within the Mall with plenty of clothing options for men, women and children.

A lot nicer than I remember. Store was clean and had great selections.

I was extremely happy with Anthony in men's suits! He helped me purchase a leather jacket. I've wanted a leather jacket for 30+ years and could never find one that looked good, fit well, and that I could afford Thank you Anthony 👍 07.12.23 - I met the most amazing rep ever! Pepper represents @Kiehls for Dillards in north Colorado Springs. Pepper helped me find a product with Kiehl's that was UVA UVB SPF 50. My problem is that I'm fully shaven bald and good bald care products are VERY hard to find. Pepper sold me the product, I asked him to apply it and he used a brush. Pepper strongly stated that in this case less is more. I believe that @HowieMandel uses this product (correct me if I am wrong). Thank you so much Pepper, I look forward to learning a lot more from you about bald care, skin care, etc.

Confronted, harassed by the employee today. I was going to purchase a pair of gloves and I changed my mind and left it on the counter, employee that I picked up the gloves initially from her department confronted me asking where the gloves are while I was shopping in women’s section. I was so upset, replying i don’t know where I put them. She told me do you want me to believe you, do not move stay here. I went through panic attacks speeding towards customers service to seek for manager on duty. She was following me upstairs. The manager even was ruder than the employee. Lack of leadership in chapel hills Dillard. I will not shop at Dillard ever again and going to close my American Express Dillard card tomorrow morning . Unacceptably poor customer service. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Nice department store. Well stocked. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very light traffic on Wednesday morning. Highly recommended!
