T.J. Maxx

Terrible employees. The two ladies working in front of the dressing room were muttering nasty things under their breathe about the customers. Unfortunately loud enough for me to hear as I walked by. Oh, when I did walk by, she snapped “excuse you”. I will never shop this TJ Max again!

One of my first jobs was working at this location when it first opened in Southlands. Not much has changed since I use to blow my entire paycheck there then and still Do now :-) still one of my favorite places to shop. You have to get lucky on the day your visit because if they happened to restock you can get a lot of goodies. I always find the coolest snacks along with the latest trending clothing. The jewelry department also has unique and good quality items.

store manger was very disrespectful, never said welcome in or see what was the problem. started to throw my clothes on the table when i paid for those, i was just trying to return a few shirts i was trying to get my brother but then started to notice stuff on them so i wanted to return them went straight to accuse me of them not being paid for but the last time i bought jewelry it was damaged and the other store manger let me return don’t know if it’s racism

This store is very specific. It's like fishing. You take home whatever you caught. But you can be sure that whatever is your catch has better quality that from some other budgeting place, and a only a bit more expensive. It's not shopping it's fun.

Nice location and great home supplies. This particular store has so much in decor and home necessities. I bought towels and sheets and blankets here as well as a bunch of Halloween decorations. I'll be back for Xmas for sure.

Great selection of products but over priced fo a TJ MAXX

Worst tjmaxx of all the 25+ locations I've visited. Everything is in disarray. Abysmal stock. I've never seen such an excessive amount of used/damaged products being sold. And my cashier was a rude young girl who didn't know the definition of a smile or a courteous response.

I have never been inside a tj Maxx store until the other day, and I am obsessed! Fantastic clothes and a great price. The staff was all very kind as well

I was so impressed with the cashier Annemarie! She was so calm in a stressful environment. I had a return and a few other cashiers needed her guidance at the same time. She handled it all in a professional manner.

Horrible experience cashier could not give correct change back and even when I tried to tell him do it on your phone if you don't believe Me as I paid with correct change and a $100 bill...this should have been very easy but as he entered I paid the exact amount same as the total bill..the manager actual had to come up just to help...he went from giving me to much money back to giving me less than 1/2 of what I was owed back...as I didn't want his drawer to be short...it was very frustrating as I waited a lengthy time for the manager to be called and her arrive to the front...will go to different TJ Maxx across town next time
