Needed a few things for work, Penny's is the place if you don't want to spend a lot. The store was quiet, with few customers. Not a huge selection, but decent enough to piece some things together.

I took my son (entering kindergarten next week) for the back to school haircut special advertised on instagram. Desiree cut my son’s hair. I told her we usually get a fade and fingertip length on top. I also told her this was his first haircut in an adult salon. I usually take him to Pigtails and Crewcuts in Parker. Long story short, Desiree was simply mean to my son. He was wiggly and doesn’t like when the hair goes down his shirt. Fair enough. But she raised her voice, was forceful with his head and threatened to not finish the haircut if he didn’t sit still and made her cut herself. She told me multiple times “for future reference, fades don’t work for him. he can’t sit still for them!” He’s had fades every time he’s gotten his haircut at Pigtails and Crewcuts it’s never been an issue. Maybe he wouldn’t sit still for her because she was mean and made him uncomfortable? I understand that cutting little kids hair can be difficult. But why offer the deal for kids as young as kindergartners and then not be able to cut kids hair? And then to be rude and mean about it? My kid cried and I walked out of JCP crying. Now I’ll be taking my son back into Pigtails and Crewcuts in Parker to have his hair fixed. Tiff is great if you’re looking for someone. It’s worth the extra few dollars.

The store is always clean, and there are some great clearance sale prices. I just struggle finding modest clothing that’s age appropriate for 24 year old me at this store.

Great visit! Last weekend my fiance and I found just the right wedding band and the people in the fine jewelry department really had great team spirit and supported each other. They made sure all customers were given timely attention. They listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. I love my new ring! Thanks for making it a fun experience! Great job!
Salon review: I came in looking to get a few inches off my hair, looking for somewhat of a Mirabel style of hair. The gal who cut it gave me a Karen haircut. I really can't say more than that to describe it. She blew out my curls and cut it near to a pixie. I was too shy to speak up about how much I hated it, and that's on me, but I seriously don't recommend people with textured hair come here.

Do NOT order anything on line. There is no customer care and Migel will have no issue calling you a liar when you try to cancel an order. There is nothing customer care can do to cancel an order or fix an address when the web site doesn't put in the correct address. There is NO customer care whatsoever. Do NOT bother with customer care since it doesn't exist. Very dissapointed with JCP.

Clean and organized, they have a good selection of quality items, they have their own brand as well as main brands we all know. The only issue is that they don't keep it well stocked for specific sizes for example my size XL i was looking for a jacket and i even asked for assistance but they only had smaller or too big but nothing in between, i had to order it online. Other than that good service, great staff, they could also add more benefits to their credit card but that's just me.

Store was clean and organized. They seem to have adopted the Kohl's method - everything on sale all the time. It doesn't seem to be helping sales. There were more staff than customers.
