Absolutely horrible customer service. Specifically asked about the return policy when I purchased items from here last month and I was told it was 45 days. Put it on my calendar to make sure that I would return anything before that date but then was told they could not do anything about it since they apparently changed their policy to 30 days. You would think they would still honor it considering I was told otherwise at the time of purchase and also having spent close to $350 on other items. Certainly will not be coming back here

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Nordstrom Rack while attempting to return a product. The cashier's behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory, as he selectively granted privileges to certain customers based on his personal preferences. From the moment I approached the cashier, it was evident that he had no interest in assisting me. Despite his claims that he could help with the return, it quickly became apparent that his willingness to provide assistance was solely dependent on whether he deemed me worthy. Witnessing him grant special privileges to other customers, it was evident that he was applying a subjective criteria to decide who deserved assistance. As a customer, I believe in fair treatment and equality for all. It is highly concerning and disheartening to experience such blatant discrimination. Regardless of personal opinions or preferences, a cashier's duty is to provide equal service to every customer, without prejudice or bias. Not only did this incident tarnish my perception of Nordstrom Rack, but it also left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer. It is essential for businesses to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where all customers are treated with respect and fairness. Unfortunately, my encounter with this particular cashier was far from that ideal. I hope that Nordstrom Rack takes this matter seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Discrimination should never be tolerated in any establishment, and it is crucial for the management to provide proper training and guidelines to their employees to ensure a positive and inclusive customer experience. I strongly urge prospective customers to consider this incident before choosing to shop at Nordstrom Rack. In my opinion, an establishment that allows such discriminatory behavior is not deserving of our patronage. There are plenty of other businesses that prioritize fairness and respect for their customers, and it would be more beneficial to support them instead. Overall, my experience at Nordstrom Rack was deeply disappointing due to the discriminatory treatment I received from the cashier. I hope that my feedback encourages the management to take appropriate action to rectify this issue and ensure that all customers are treated equally and with the respect they deserve.

Great store for sakes. We stocked up on a little of everything. The men’s section was off the charts. The savings and price knockdowns were huge.

Constantly rotating selection of discounted designer (and not so designer clothes). Loosely organized onto hanging racks with about 75% accuracy in terms of size categories. It's very easy to grab a bundle of 10 items, try them on, and put the ones you don't want back onto the rack. Lots of changing rooms and never a wait. Very easy to shop here.

I have no reason to believe this will be forwarded or dealt with....Especially since the ability to file complaints is highly obscure with your company web pages. You people have a long way to go to earn my respect. First...I try to order an item three times and after the orders were placed, i get follow up message that says something went wrong and the order can not be fullfilled....BUT DOESNT SAY WHY OR OFFER A SOLUTION. Second....I finally get what I would like,..ONLY AFTER I PAY YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE RATHER THAN PICK UP IN A STORE. Third....then you take my shirt off the rack...stuff it in a bag...WHICH ARTIVES WITH THE HANGER STILL ATTACHED AND THROUGH DELIVERY IS RECEIVED WITH THE HANGER ALL BROKEN UP INSIDE MY SHIRT. IS THIS NORDSTROM OR WALLMART?

Selection is decent compared to the other racks around Denver. But the employees are pure laziness. Teenage girls on a Saturday afternoon, if I want you to open a dressing room because all of the rest of them are filled with clothes… please get off the floor and do it instead of telling me to find one that’s open.

I have a mild disability that makes shopping a strain, so I asked for a personal shopper when I arrived, and young Tanya was so helpful and kind! I got some beautiful finds that I would not have thought to try on if she hadn't picked them out for me to try on.

Yeah, don't the last part of the name fool you Nordstrom (Rack) this place is not cheap. Although they do have good discounts but for the most part it's still expensive. My wife spent over $1,000 for 3 small shopping bags. Staff was very helpful and check out was quick.
