There is a reason I shop at Walmart only when necessary and today's visit confirmed that. Most of my interactions with their staff feel like they're doing me a favor to take my money. Very few staff will lift a finger to help you and 2 associates I dealt with today didn't speak English. I left my cart to go get a table and when I returned, my cart with 2 chairs in it was gone. They won't help you in bagging the items you buy and seem to be pushing you out the door. Please don't continue to let corporate America push you around, and accept pure mediocrity.

Originally I would have given this a 5 star review as it was great when we first started. Now? I’d give it a 0 or a -10 star review. We’ve been a Walmart+ member for over a year. These past 4-5 months, we’ve been double charged, extra charged and experienced a 700% “holding fee” on a $15 order. We’ve also ran into bad luck with moldy/expired food delivered, delivered to the wrong house so many times we’ve lost count or missing items that we were charged for and “expected to return to get a refund” per their policy. How do you return something if you DIDN’T RECEIVE IT!? When calling customer service, we’ve been yelled at, berated, told that’s how they run the business as well as hung up on. They don’t have accurate records that match what your card is being charged and the charges on the card rarely if ever match your receipt. They can also post the charges to your card 2-3 weeks past the date of purchase to further confuse you. Monitor your credit cards closely and on a weekly basis if you decide to use them. Be prepared to have a phone call with their customer service biweekly to decipher their charges. It is an absurd way to run a business and ethically/morally wrong. We are cancelling our membership.
I went to pick up some photos I had printed from the photo department and the employee actively avoided me while appearing to be working on other things. I moved around the counter to be more in his view and after 5 more minutes I finally got him to acknowledge me. Very unfriendly gentleman and made me spell my last name 3 different times and treated me as if I was mistaken that I had placed an order at all... I definitely don't come here for the customer service.
I tried to place a cake order online, but the forms weren't allowing me to select what I wanted. So I headed into the store today a little frustrated, but hopeful that I could get it done quickly. Amber at the bakery was incredibly kind and attentive, and helped me place my order very quickly. I left feeling much better than when I walked in. Thank you so much Amber!
This store is always a chaotic mess. But whatever. It's Walmart right. What do you expect. One star because I needed to make an exchange. They only accept returns and exchanges before 7:00 PM, even though the store remains open for 4 additional hours after 7:00. My work schedule makes that very difficult. An entire store filled to the brim with employees. But no returns or exchanges after 7:00. Absolutely ridiculous.
Their clearance section had so much stuff it took a while to go through, and the clothes were all on clearance said $3, but I got them for $1. I love WALMART ❤️
Their photo department is not run by someone. I was there and waited for about 30 min until I finally just left to go find someone to help me. I got an email saying my order was going to be ready for pick up at 1:00pm. I was there at 5:00 pm. The person who could finally come and help us did not know where anything was or anything about the photo department. He then tells us that his Manager needs to come. The manager comes and then claims the system is down. I then asked Mat the manager if my photo book would be done by the next day because I needed it. Well then Mat told me he just didn’t know. At this point, we were there for an hour. I just told Mat to cancel my order. I would not recommend ordering pictures here you will not get any help unless you go find someone and then the management is also not helpful. This is not the first time I had this issue at this Walmart but it will for sure be the last. Use a place like Walgreens for your photo needs they are so much better!!
Went in to pick up garden gloves and umbrella. Very small selection of gloves (4-5 pairs). Found a few umbrellas that turned out to be put on wrong shelves or just price was incorrectly placed. This made my trip there so much longer than expected and leaving with an umbrella that's too small for my table and gloves that are extremely thin (can't pull weeds with them). Not a great experience today 😞
Placed an order online yesterday for pick up Saturday morning and just received an email about 20 minutes ago saying my pickup order was canceled however my shipment order processed. I called Walmart to ask why my order was canceled and they let me know that The system didn’t cancel my order, the STORE physically canceled my order which is why some items still shipped. Totally unprofessional and tacky.
Placed a delivery order to the store, and 16 of my items, over $100 worth, were missing. I called, and was told that they had forgotten to load them, and they they would be redelivered the same day so I could use them to make dinner. This never occurred, and I had to order in, costing me significantly more. Highly disappointing.
