"Still the cheapest place in town to get your groceries no empty shelves"
"Rude, unhelpful staff, dirty, unorganized store, poor selections"
"Great service, great prices, good organic selection."
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience today! ALL of the employees I spoke to today were courteous and gracious. My check out was wonderful with Momma Deb. Give this loving lady a raise! I haven't been here in 8 months but I now WILL return in the future.
This store is very massive. Anyone should be able to find just about anything they need. The location of this particular store is in almost the most perfect place. Navigating in or to this store has always been very easy. The employees are almost everywhere and are always willing to help. This aide from employees paired with the mobile app, I'm confident when I say even a child can find anything they need with ease (Please Do not send your kids in to the store without adult supervision).
The bakery staff here are the best! They went above and beyond to make the perfect cake for my daughters 3rd birthday. She wanted a unicorn mermaid cake and they nailed it! It turned out beautiful and tasted awesome as well. If you haven’t before do the whipped frosting, it’s light and airy. Thank you so much!!! We appreciate you!
If you do Uber eats. Don’t accept orders from this Walmart. Especially at night when all the high schoolers are working. The last 3 times I have been there there have been very EXCESSIVE wait times. First time it took me an hour to receive the order to my car to take to the customer. The second and third time I didn’t get anything, I had arrived at 8:45 and was sitting there until they closed at 11PM. I had called their phone number and their curbside number multiple times with no answer at all. If you’re wanting to do Walmart deliveries for Uber eats, accept orders from any other Walmart but this one.
Almost got hit by multiple workers while trying to shop. They were walking around with pallets literally not caring about guests at all. Pricing was wrong on multiple items & we had to call the worker over bc a water filter was literally twice the ticketed price. She was incredibly rude. The “greeter” looked like he’d rather be dead than be there. Not a single worker even answered us when we said “have a good day.”
I was at the self-checkout today I did not appreciate the checkout monitor clerk coming up into my personal space making me feel like I was blocked in asking me to give them stars because of the competition there in with other Walmarts... It was a great experience and usually is right up until that moment. I do not like to be solicited.
Feeling guilty even coming to Walmart. I Ended up here for cough medicine and some soup. Self checkout and no bags… don’t be like me do your shopping anywhere but here, place is a joke. They actually refused to give me a bag that she was holding. Absolutely pathetic good thing technology is going to take your job because they are terrible at customer service.
Typical Walmart. People were polite and checker was helpful. Don't like not having access to bags and the ones for sale are really small. Aisles had stuff strewn but the employees were trying to clean them up. I do not like self-checkout.
Went in with questions about straight talk phone services. Electronics clerk was condescending and rude, like I was interfering with his day. Exactly why I don't frequent Walmart often, I'd much rather shop small/local where I feel my money and business is appreciated.
While I was shopping I dicided that I had wanted some nutrigrain bars but I only like the apple so I was just looking to get a box of those. But when I looked at the price I was shocked to see a 16ct was 14.99. The strawberry bars were only 5.98 just like the blue berry. They were all 16ct but apple was marked up next to them there was the 32ct strawberry and apple variety pack for 11.92 so I had thought the price must be wrong so I had asked a worker in the isle and she had told me that she can't help. So I went to the check out when I was done and before I started I had asked a different employee he said he would get a manager and when they came back and I explained the issue they had told me they understood but that the variety pack was probably just on sale and they won't change the price on the apple bars. It makes no sense when I had showed them everything and still said no to a price change. Why would anyone pay 14.99 for less bars then the variety.
