Summary

"Nice place to buy good prices and good service as well."

"Staff lacks customer service or appreciation skills, and lines are usually long."

"Great location good produce great selections to choose from"

This store has developed the habit of blocking their self checkout on one end of the store as early as 7pm, without actually closing the registers. It's very irritating to walk across the store expecting to be able to check out by the entrance you're parked at, just to have to walk back since they aren't actually "open". Stop cheating your metrics, and actually shut down the registers if you won't let customers use them.

The management in this store should be embarrassed by the employees they hire. I am always a kind and respectful customer, but an employee Jasmine said to another customer, " I wasn't smart because people can't read." Looked up and saw me there and said, "Sorry I didn't see you there." I told her that was incredibly rude, especially when the machine suddenly not working was not my fault or because of me not being able to read a sign. I am more than capable of being able to read. I have never dealt with such disrespect in a store like I did. If I hadn't waited in two different lines because I had to ring up $300 worth of groceries twice because the machine stopped working, then I would have walked out. The lady before me paid with a card, so it's interesting that suddenly, I am the dumb one for not knowing it's a cash online line, when the screen didn't say that when i started. It's embarrassing to think these are the people Management hires. Jasmine needs a lesson in respect and maybe should move to another department if she isn't capable of handling self check out.

This is the most easily accessible grocery store on my work commute so I've stopped in a few times. Ordinarily, walmart shopping is pretty quick but yesterday I spent 45 minutes trying to find a torch lighter (if you're looking for a regular lighter, you're they have them in stock in 5 different aisles and up front). The website showed three different products that would have suited my needs in stock but none of them were available in the listed aisles. Employees separately lamented to me that the online system is completely wrong leading to frustration for them and for customers. Things I've also tried to get at this walmart but couldn't in the past: shoe insoles, mozarella cheese, long matches.... I feel like these are products one could reasonably assume could be found at a walmart but no such luck. The stars I give are for the staff who really tried their best for me yesterday. All six (yes, six) of the staff members who at one point attempted to help me find a silly little torch lighter were kind and as helpful as they could be within a disorganized system.

I was in there last night to grab four or five things . Third thing on my list although there wasn't any on the shelf the gentleman that was stalking that area asked me what I was looking for then went to the back brought up what I wanted. I was super impressed and very grateful. As normally trying to get help in this place is like pulling teeth. Then go to grab the last three things on my list they proceeded to announce that they are closing in 15 minutes three separate times over the loudspeaker as I grab my last item heading to the cash register the worker comes up to me and tells me they're closing in 11 minutes I proceeded to tell him I heard of the first three times and just shook my head. I understand wanting to go home I think we all understand that one but at the same time you got to have respect for your customers and make them feel appreciated or you might not have a job for long and you won't have to worry about staying an extra 15 minutes. But for a stocker which I should have got his name he was in the ice cream section to go out of his way and do what he did only to have the night manager basically turn the whole experience sour is a shame! If it was my store I would switch those two employees roles and pay!!!

But bought a vacuum at the Walmart on 278 & 66 on sale . The motor burned up on 2nd use . I was close to the one on 119 so I thought I would exchange it for the same one . This was not the case . They did the exchange on a store credit card instead of my card . Then wanted me to pay the $40 more for the same unit . I refused that transaction and said just credit my card back. But they could not because Joselyn had already put it on a store card. Spoke with Jonathan another CSR he was just as insistent that there was nothing he would do . Either I take the store credit or pay more for the same thing I bought 2 wks ago . So how I’m stuck with no vacuum and a credit to a store I avoid.

I came in to refund a pair of jeans that ripped two hours into the first wear, but the service desk employee was very rude. He was curt in his responses, and anything I handed to him was snatched from my hand. I don't like causing a scene in stores so I didn't say anything but I will ask for another employee if I cross paths with him again.

A gigantic place and a it messy with goods and prices. We had to run back and forth to show the cashier the prices but they still wouldn’t acknowledge their error.

This location has very rude and unkind employees on the evening shift. I was there on 7/21/23 in the self check out line when people were trying to check out close to closing time. I get that you want to go home, but they were being very rude, rushing everyone, even tried logging me out of my register when I walked away for 2 seconds. One gentleman was in line to check out and an employee to his face said “why would you grocery shop at midnight” the poor gentleman replied that he had a long day. I get it’s hard finding employees in this economy but do better Walmart….

Too large a store. I prefer smaller, but that's just me. One thing I don't like is that you can look something up on the app, and it says the item is available, and when you get there it's not. I don't like wasting my time and gas. It doesn't always happen, but it still happens too much. Walmart needs to manage their real-time data more efficiently.

Super glad this isn't my Walmart. Potholes, construction, and layout make this the worst Walmart parking lot I've ever seen. Made it inside to grab a few cold drinks on a hot day. They had 4 water bottles total in all the many coolers that line the front of the store. 2 warm and 2 solid ice. How do you get frozen water in a refrigerator? I took it thinking it would melt quickly outside. Except it didn't pop open and the water tasted (or maybe the bottle smelled) like grease. Like you mowed the grass and changed the oil and then licked your hands. I had to toss it. It felt super shady. The store was packed on a weekday around 3pm. This is definitely the store to play Walmart Bingo. Best of luck to those who try to shop here.
