Kohl's

The Sephora located in this Kohls is one of my favorites because of Robyn and Killian! They are knowledgeable, patient, and joyful! They truly make the in store experience so enjoyable. They both take the time to walk through different products and options and really make me feel like I matter as a person and customer. Thank you Robyn and Killian for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and all of the makeup and hair care help!!! You both are AMAZING!

I have shopped at Kohl's for many years in the Denver area. We recently moved to the Grand Junction area, and I was blown away by the courtesy of all of the employees. I've always appreciated the employees at all of Kohl's stores, but the Grand Junction folks really have it nailed! Everyone I passed by at the store smiled and acknowledged me, and Mattie, the check-out person, went above and beyond to get me all of the discounts I was eligible for. This place tops all of my experiences at Kohl's. I'll definitely be back - especially since I earned some Kohl's cash!

Couldn’t tell you the last time we shopped in a kohl’s! I don’t know why we don’t go more! We came down Thursday morning! Super fun and variety of sizes for adults and children. I plan on coming back and checking out the plus size section. So many adorable kids cloths and fun toys at a reasonable price! We purchased new work cloths for my husband; slacks and shoes. It was a fun experience and all the staff working were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sandy checked us out and we signed up for a membership card. We look forward to coming back! Thank you!

I love the New Sephora makeup area, I have mature skin and Robyn C and Serena worked with me to find the right foundation and concealer to match my skin tone, their knowledge and kindness impressed me so much, also the selection of products is wonderful because you can mix and match to what works for you.

The staff at Kohls did a speedy check out this afternoon and the staff I talked to were helpful Good luck and they have fun sales like currently in august16,2023 they have some items on clearance with an extra 50% additional that is why I chose two items from the clearance items. check them out Brena

The employees are very kind and informative. The store is kept clean and is well taken care of. The vibe you get in this store is very positive, and the employees make you feel like you're part of the Khol's family.

Denice was a joy to work with in finding the correct style and fit. Robyne was very helpful during checkout.

Very clean, neat, and well organized department store. Employee near the dressing rooms was very helpful, she offered to check back stock for items we couldn't locate. My cashier, Caven, gave me my Kohl Cash after my purchase, my daughter's did not. My daughter's cashier was unfriendly and seemed uninterested. Both entrances are now open, masks are not mandatory.
