Way to shut down the carnival this weekend that many kids were excited to goto. Not like jcp is flooded by shoppers that you needed the parking lot. Hope your store loses business, because of your terrible greed.
Went in for a comforter, found one that was on clearance. The lady told us that all pink sticker clearance was buy one get one free, and they had signs in all the clearance locations, so we spent the next 30 minutes looking around to get another product for free. Ended up finding a few more things, while also being told by 3 other associates that all pink tickets were buy one get one free. They even walked us over to the other sections that they knew about. We finally went to check out and of course it didn’t ring up right, no buy one get one free on any of it. The cashier was quite rude and was annoyed that we were confused. Not really mad about the situation just mad at how rude the cashier was about it.

On a Saturday May13th around noon our local store only had 1 women's fitting room open, there were at least 10 people waiting in line. An associate said we could go over to men's they had a fitting room open well none of us choose that option for obvious reasons. It was very disheartening to say the least. I understand retail and seems Monday or Tuesday would be better to save payroll on and beef up your weekend especially the day before a holiday (Mother's Day).

No dressing room for boys. Not enough clerks at the customer service counters to check out. There's no bathroom. How does a major department store not have a bathroom for customers.

My grandson was allowed to choose some tennis shoes from a group advertised half off. We had to go far across the store to find an open check stand. She said the shoes he picked were not half off and charged full price.

Love their store. Today the associates were particularly friendly and helpful. I hope Penny's keeps them around for a good while. I like that they still have classic and yet updated clothing. We found several baby gifts. Thanks, for a nice shopping experience.

This place always looks like it's going out of business. It's very dark and everything smells damp.

There was almost no staff and all I wanted was a pair of lashes from Ulta but the whole place looked like it had been ransacked with no explanation. There was a few lip liners and concealer, some Fenty but 98% was empty.
