Big Lots

This place felt... Desolate, honestly. There were barely anyone to assist to find any furnishings fitting for a mausoleum, and the lot out front is so dead, it almost made the whole shopping center feel like it was permanently closed. There is a ray of light, the few who do work here are at least eager to assist, though they were taken back from my unusual requirements for furniture.

Good selection of miscellaneous items. Ok pricing. Store is always clean and the clerks are always knowledgeable and helpful.

Called about an advertisement and they said 0 left on shelf 30 minutes after store opened only high priced ones left. This has happened multiple times stay away from these stores

Always interesting stuff. Right now they have a lot of clothes.

I didn't catch his name but the young man who helped me with a couch on the 17th of March (2023) was OUTSTANDING! I had just had an awful experience at Conns, literally the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, so I was a little frustrated and irritated with that. This man was sweet, quick with what I needed and he and a coworker loaded up the couch onto our truck, all with an amazing attitude and a smile. I will definitely be back to this location thanks to him.

I love Big Lots. I hope they never close down. My Customer Service was a 10. She was so nice. I luv Big Lots prices, and products. Only thing is I didn't find what I went there for. At least I didn't see any, and that was kids shoes. I didn't think to ask. I was in a hurry. I wish I stopped there more. I make it a goal in the next year too. Thank u for everything! DAR!!

Great selection on replacement patio furniture cushions and planters. Very helpful staff, store is clean well stocked and organized.

Its a great store for few things but not everything. Help is good . Its a little busy for a small store wich is good it doesnt make u feel lonely
