Family Dollar

I took these photos at 1:00 p.m. on a Thursday. Don't even bother coming to the store. I don't understand why this company doesn't just shut this location down. Consider that not everybody who comes to the store is an able-bodied person - I have a disability!!!! Can you imagine going through the effort to make it up here for it to be closed at 1:00 p.m. on a Thursday?? If you don't have the staff, close the store!!!

That mgr or whatever his name is Brian and he was being very rude and obnoxious as well as having a racist attitude! I have a good mind to report this to Fox31 and Family Dollar should not have a racist work and represent their company!

Look for garbage bags but didn't find any and spray paint didn't

There weren't too many people and there were several lanes open. So, we paid and we're out pretty fast.

Lazy, rude employees. Dirty store... Have been in multiple times where the clerks have gangster rap playing loud as hell, goofing off behind the counter saying n word this n word that and cussing up a storm. Only 2 employees there I really think care about there jobs, George and I cant remember the other employees name, young black dude who long boards to work was also really nice. Every one ells there is garbage and needs to learn how to act around customers. Completely embarrassed for this store. It should be shut down.

There was no room to get around because of boxes on floor! A store employee (John) was going off on my wife who is in a wheelchair, complaining about having to move things for her to be able to get what she needs, said that we stolen things from there last time we were there and we spent over $100.00. We will not be going back to this store anymore!!

I wish that I didn't have to give them any stars. This store is horrible and doesn't deserve to be open anymore. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and Everytime I go into there I leave angry/ irritated because of the disrespectful employees that have worked there. That stores product is either defective or never in stock. The managers are obviously teaching or not correcting the rudeness to customers because they are doing the same. I am see to work at a family Dollar and dollar tree and the atmosphere was totally different and they treated each of their customers with the respect. What have customer service come to

When I first walked in no one was around anywhere and there was no music playing or nothing. It was eerily quiet. It was very hard to walk through this store. The isles are extremely colse together and the entire store is cluttered. The stuff on the shelves by the coloring books looked like they ust threw stuff there. It as difficult to find the coloring books I was looking for because there was no order to anything. The entire store was very chaotic. If you are.disabled you wont be able to shop here. Then when I asked to make sure about certain clothes that were on sale- they said they didnt know until they rung them up. Not a place that I would recommend shopping at.

This store is filthy! Trash can overflowing, boxes & merchandise are all over the store, often blocking the isle. The lady opened the store late and was on her cell ph the entire time! Even while she rang up another woman. I left without purchasing anything due to her rudeness

Had the most unpleasant experience at this place, the cashiers were terrible, they were listening to rap music with foul language, they were dancing behind the register, and neglecting their customers, they were cussing in front of kids, how do these people still have their jobs? I witnessed one of them say they were going to bounce with the till. Even the workers rob this store, nothing is safe anymore at this store, they should employ a police officer to stand at the entrance like at Wal-Mart. This neighborhood should be ashamed of themselves.
