Dollar Tree

I love the dollar tree!! I always think I'm going for just 1 or 2 items and always end up with about 20😊❤️ I got a new puppy and I am keeping him in bones to chew so I will be at the dollar store a lot, I'm sure 😃😊

We have the best dollar tree! Well stocked and easy for me to pick up items and bags for homeless/needy families

Don’t come here!! I got accused of stealing my own keychain.. extremely rude employees. I obviously didn’t steal or I wouldn’t have waited in a 15 minute line. There were at least 4 employees with only one register… DO BETTER

Extremely rude employee. The man lacked customer service and respect. I respectfully asked him a question regarding one of their policies and instead of answering respectfully he aggressively yelled at me in front of the customers behind me and stated that I was wrong and he doesn’t know who told me that. This man claimed to be the manager (Thi) but in the past I have had interactions with a manager and he was extremely kind and conversational.

The check out lady was very nice and they were fully stocked with items (unlike some of the other stores)

Extremely rude employee. I didn't get her name but she was a little older with short black hair. I said excuse me miss and was answered back with "Don't talk to me!" In a very rude tone. I said excuse me and she said the same thing. Other customers heard this and said wow.. Then when I got in her line she said "Your not next!" . She was so rude I will never go back to that store again! I don't care if the prices are inexpensive. We are all human beings and no one has a right to make others feel like sh#t. My advice is this person needs a job where she never has to speak or see other people.

Giving an extra start because only one staff member shouldn't be responsible for the whole stores review but Nikky wouldn't allow my toddler or another 4(ish) little boy use the restroom even though we seen someone use it. She told me just take him to the gas station.

I have never met a more pleasant/friendly person to make me smile while checking out as PAUL!! Also never thought to leave a review for a store like this, but this man deserves to be recognized! Not sure how they scored him, but he changed the whole experience there and has such a positive attitude and impact on this store!!

Horrible Experience! Spend Your Time Elsewhere! We have been shopping at this Dollar Tree for years, however we will not be going back! The customer service was horrible, and every cashier we have recently encountered has been rude and incredibly blunt!! The second time I went in, (after the initial uncomfortable experience we had with another cashier), it was not very busy at all - yet the cashier seemed like she was in a terrible rush. Her rude demeanor was off-putting at first when she left me standing in the checkout line for several moments, yet it got worse when I was waiting for my receipt and all she could say was "okay bye," "bye!" "leave, goodbye!" In a very condescending manner! All I wanted were some thank you notes, but I left with a horrific experience. From now on I think I will spend the extra dollar on merchandise at an establishment with friendlier cashiers and a more welcoming atmosphere.

This is a great store! Specially to get holiday decorations. Every time we go and see Paul working he’s always so friendly and willing to help. Great staff!
