This is the most poorly run pharmacy I've ever used. Randomly and without notice, they will shut down for multiple days in a row, leaving me twice in a lurch and unable to get my medication OR transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy! I finally had to get a hold of my provider (on the weekend) and have an entirely new script sent to the Sam's Club pharmacy. As a nurse I didn't think a pharmacy could even operate like this and keep its doors open.

Very impressed with the service recently. I’ve had a couple complicated insurance issues and Josh has taken the time to help me navigate in a very patient and customer centric manner, including calling me proactively to make sure it was clear, even when my insurance company couldn’t. I appreciate this greatly given how busy they are. Also, wait times have been minimal in the drive through.

Would give 0 if I could. I suffer severe mental illness and can't go without certain medications. They won't fill on a Friday if it's due over the weekend.. and they're closed on the weekend!! I ended up in really bad shape. Always have to wait 30-60min for meds that I called in at least 4-6 hrs before. I understand short staffed... but the staff they do have doesn't act like they wanna even have the job the do... people can't go without medications.. it's ridiculous. Changing my pharmacy yet again, only came here cause king soopers doesn't take cigna anymore.. Safeway it is!!

Booked vaccine appointment through the Walgreens website. Confirmed everything and filled out all paperwork. Drove 20 miles to this Walgreens because it had an appointment opening and was told at the pharmacy counter that they only have someone certified to administer vaccines present in the morning. This clearly isn't the pharmacist's fault but why was I able to book an appointment then? Figure it out, Walgreens.

Waited in the drive through line (which is the only way to get prescriptions) for 1 hour to be told they couldn't fill the prescription and would need another full day. (This was 6 hours after the script was called in) I came back the following day to be told they didn’t have the bandwidth, still. After a third time and an hour plus waiting in the drive through again they still didn’t have the time to fill it. I asked to speak to someone else and she said she could fill it right away after over hearing the conversation. 3 plus hours sitting in a line of cars for a needed prescription while sick is something I hope others can avoid. For the needed medication‘s king soopers wasn’t an option. Happens again I will certainly look into other pharmacies because the Walgreens on Simms is in efficient and communicates poorly

The pharmacy is severely understaffed. I went into to get a prescription last year in the afternoon and the pharmacy was randomly closed because the only person working it was on break and I was told to come back half an hour later. Still closed. Fast forward to today. Last week I made an appointment to get my Flu shot and updated Covid booster and when I showed up for my appointment today I waited 20 minutes to be told they forgot to call me because they're canceling all afternoon appointments.

Yes, they’re an extremely busy location. But the staff here are always extremely kind & helpful. Thank you Nicole, Josh, and others who always make sure my prescriptions get filled. The wait is always worth the fantastic service.

Clowns running the pharmacy deserve 0 stars. Went through the drive through to pick up a pharmacy, early morning, no one in the store, no one at the pharmacy but they are in no rush to help me. Finally get some service, the pharm tech is curt at best, more rude than anything, made me feel like I was a burden asking him to retrieve my prescription. I told him I had a coupon through GoodRx and he said OK no problem, took the coupon information, pretended to go and updated the price, checked with his joke of a pharmacist then doing his best 1000 year old tortoise impression took his time to get back to me to tell me the exact same price as before. I asked if there was an issue with the coupon, he said no, but he wasn't obligated to honor the coupon. Well that's fine but you didn't have to pretend to update my pricing if you had no intention to and make me feel silly for requesting a better price. That's right, you don't have to honor the coupon just like I'll never be shopping here again, and I'd encourage everyone else to avoid shopping here, if having customers is such a burden we should help them out but not coming in. I really hope they realize that customer service goes a long way and it's a lot more profitable keeping customers rather than attracting new. If you want to be belittled, treated rudely and wait longer than necessary then by all means shop this Walgreens, if that isn't for you, go across the street to King Soopers, anything would be better than this place.
