The boss of the Pharmacy has a sign on his door that says: "sign on core, Or I will show you the door!" Who treats their employees like that?! Why is person in management? That is super degrading to his employees. This manager needs a Leadership class! If my employees were ever treated that way, I would show him the door! Leaders Inspire their employees not threaten and Degrade them! I hope Corporate sees this, and reaches out to me, so I can send them the picture of the sign. That is a gross management style.

As of late... the pharmacy has been incredibly helpful and timely! They have gone out of their way to make sure prescriptions are filled! There was a rough patch with covid and they were having a hard time getting supplies.... and employees were over worked and under loved... It's nice having a professional pharmacy back!

This pharmacy has had my prescription for 3 days now and it still isn't ready. Even though the pharmacy is supposed to open at 9, it hasn't opened until after 11 for the last 2 days. The tech had the nerve to tell me that they "just received" their new shipments and had to stock it before they could fill my RX, so it wouldn't be ready for another 2 to 3 hours. Maybe if they showed up to work on time, they wouldn't be behind. I spoke to a store manager and was told that they had no control over the pharmacist's actions. How this pharmacist still has a job is beyond me. The photo is one I took at 10:01 AM - an hour after the pharmacy was supposed to be open. This pharmacy, this store, and walgreens entire operations are a JOKE.

Giving the photo department a shout out as they were able to print my photo books as Christmas gifts even though my normal neighborhood store had such incompetency to do so. This store communicated the issue with me (they were short on printing paper) and hoped to have the delivery soon despite the freezing cold and snow. They asked me to call that night and verify they got the order, they did. The lady assured me the photo books would be printed the next morning and they were. They at least answered the phone every time I called and were polite - nothing like the store at Coal Mine and Pierce.

40 minutes in the drive through to not have my prescriptions even ready. Once they finally got 4/5 they didn't run it through my insurance. Had to wait again for that. If I wouldn't have checked they never would have told me the left one out of my order. ZERO customer service. "We are behind" and they slammed the window when I said it would have nice to know before I came over here that my main script was out of stock. They tried to blame me for not calling it in. Even though I called them all in at the same time. I'm switching back to King soopers.

This Walgreens has made me switch to a king soopers pharmacy. This is absolutely ridiculous that they cannot get any help to fill orders or even get someone in and out I under 30 minutes. I would not recommend this pharmacy at all. Needed some pills for immense pain I had to endure all day yesterday and was on the line for 35 minutes on hold. Decided to hang up and come to the Walgreens physically and the whole pharmacy was shut down. If you care about good service and getting your medicine on time I would run for the hills on this one. 0 out of 10!!!

Bad experience here. The store looked like it was ready to close...permanently! The clerk barely said two words to me, I was looking for a very common item in the medicine isle and they were out. Okay, whatever, I said to myself. My family and I were traveling so I thought I'd surprise them with some candy. Well, boy did I surprise them!!! The milk chocolate I purchased was WHITE! Yuck! I decided the next day that I would take it back, so I returned to the store, and again, poor moral, barely said anything me. I ended up having to wait for quite a while AND fill out paperwork just to be given a .74 cent credit. What a joke and a waste of time! 😞

Called to refill a prescription, system said it couldn't be refilled. Doctor said she had sent the script and to try to talk to a person. Called today at 2:19, they said the script was ready. Got in the drive through line at 2:30, second car in line. Finally got to the front at 2:51, they said they had returned the script and it would be a couple hours to fill. They said "our communication back here isn't good, no one told us you were coming. " I called the manager to complain, was told I took too long to pick up the script. Apparently it had been ready for 15 days, despite what the automatic system said. They can't do anything for me except fill it again, and they can't speed that up... they can't even transfer it to another pharmacy. Very disappointing.

HORRIBLE pharmacy. Dropped off a prescription at 10am (knowing they would have to call my doctor to confirm it and the office closes in six hours). The person working said they would “check with the pharmacist” and “call me and let me know”. I waited two hours and no call so I tried to call and the pharmacist answers and says “we are down to two of us today”. I get it, you’re short staffed, like everywhere- Just at least let me know because I need this filled and dropped it off 6 hours before my doctors office closes for the weekend until Monday. I call again before my doctors office closes and they put me on hold and then hang up on me after it rings for five minutes. I call again, wait on hold for 45 more minutes and they say that they know I’m waiting and just haven’t gotten to it yet. It will have to be filled tomorrow because they need to call my doctor. I told them my doctor might have phone staff there for 15 more minutes and she says “oh, we won’t be able to do that”. Well, they’re not open Saturday so I guess I have to wait until Monday.. so thanks for having me sit around for six hours and let me run out of pills for Sunday and Monday morning. I went here early enough so I could get notice they can’t fill it and go somewhere else if needed. Luckily it’s not life or death but if it was, would your words just be the same?? “We are really sorry… we understand your concern”. I will never use this pharmacy ever again.

The pharmacy here is either way too understaffed, or everyone's brand new in training because they mess up my rx around 75% of the time. There's ALWAYS an issue. Either the app messes up and then I either have to call or go in anyway, or they make me wait three days and then all of a sudden, there's an issue with something or other. They are not helpful nor friendly. They don't want to be there and it shows. I finally got fed up enough this morning after waiting for over an hour for my rx, and then they told me they didn't even have my rx. I took my rx right across the street from them to CVS. I'll be transferring all my prescriptions over as well. Today is the last time I give them my time and business. Learn from all of my headaches and wasted time, and don't waste yours.
