Poor customer service. The lady at the front desk treated me well and I had no issues with her but I was directed to another employee who sent me down an aisle to the product that I was after, a locked up product that is more sensitive item. I asked that same employee to unlock it for me out of a group of employees and she agreed to, at which point she announced to everyone in the employee group that she was grabbing the more sensitive item. I asked her personally if it was customary for her to announce the titles of sensitive products to her coworkers when customers ask for them. She replied gruffly that she was simply informing her boss (there are at least a dozen other ways that would have been appropriate while maintaining the customers privacy). Other issues happened as well, but I'd rather end this review with the worst part of what I experienced.

the girl in cosmetics, Alex I think her name is, was a fantastic help. I came in knowing nothing about makeup, wanting to get a present for my girlfriend and had no idea where to start. She happily helped me find the right cosmetics she thought my girlfriend would like. She was also super patient with me and explained what each cosmetic was. My girlfriend ending up loving them, and I'm so glad I went to this specific Walgreens. Thank you Alex

Pharmacy staff is incompetent. I'm surprised these idiots can tie their own shoes. Be careful filling your scripts with these retards. I'd even double check the meds they filled. Just flat out stupid people.

I am never one to write reviews online, but my wife's recent experience with this location has made me quite upset. I am not thrilled about the customer service from the photos department. My wife ordered a few photo-books of our wedding pictures to give to our family for Christmas presents. They said that the photos would be ready on Monday, 12/20, and they would call my wife when they were finished. My wife called them that night after not hearing from them, and they said it was not finished, but it would be ready the next morning. My wife checked in the next morning, and they said their printer was out of ink, and the photos wouldn't be ready until the next day. I get it, stuff happens. My wife called again this morning after not hearing from them (12/23), and the rep that she spoke to cancelled our order. My wife asked if she could help start a new order, and the rep replied "no, that's on you," which drove my wife to tears because of the way she was treated. We then submitted a new order with a location in Firestone, and they are able to fulfill the order the same day. I believe that this is inexcusable customer service, and I will not be using this location again. I may even understand cancelling an order, but to tell a patron that you can't help them re-order something is absurd.

Ada, the pharmacist, what a poor excuse for a human being. I called (after attempting to resolve something all day), to get a status report on my medication that I need. This woman, ADA, was extremely rude. Hung up on me when I asked for her name. Refused to let me talk at all. Spoke over me, raised her voice on the phone. I’m not quite sure how she managed to get her license. It seems she skipped all of the required courses on Ethics and Integrity. Apparently, this pharmacist Ada is manager of the pharmacy. If you are looking for a pharmacy and for individuals who treat you with respect. This isn’t it. A few other adjectives I can use to describe this woman: condescending, demeaning, angry, arrogant, narcissistic. Ada this is for you, next time you work with a client, LET THEM TALK. Stop interrupting. Find a way to actually help them. Isn’t that your job? If you are angry with your life GO WORK IN A DIFFERENT PROFESSION. You are supposed to be HELPING PEOPLE. I will be reporting you everywhere and leaving reviews. I will find out your full name and contact the bar regarding your license. This was a traumatizing experience and nothing short of a nightmare.

Ada the pharmacy manager was so rude, went in to get a few prescriptions filled they were out of one of them . As always when I try to refill that prescription. Not sure if they know how to order, was told I'm not the only one that uses that, it's for my asthma. And than Ada was so rude to me telling me to go somewhere else to get my medicine. Than as I waited for the one to get filled she was talking to the staff about me which was very unprofessional. I will be looking into another pharmacy to get my meds. This lady needs to fired!! Ada if you read this your not a nice person and need to find a nother type of job

You’ll find what you need, more often than not. No public restroom. Clean store, and the staff are always smiling and pleasant which means a lot to me. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and recommend stopping here if you need refreshments. Thanks Walgreens!

Terrible customer service here. Walgreens advertises with posters and signage that they have walk in vaccines and when you walk in for a vaccine they will not give you a vaccine. Walgreens should take down all of their advertisements claiming to offer walk in vaccinations. The people behind the counter are not very nice. Customer service has declined to an unacceptable level.

I never write reviews on places but my experience at this Walgreens was so horrible I had to go out of my way to write this review and also contact corporate. I had medication I was taking for two years and I kid you not every month I had to go through the same process of having them tell me my insurance rejected my it and then figure it out again which was always an error on their part. I’ve been hung up on multiple times when I ask for an employee name or randomly transferred back to the beginning of the queue or another Walgreens .****** I was also prescribed a very powerful medication that is a control substance in which I was supposed to take 2 mg a day without my knowledge they gave me the incorrect amount and I took 12 mg sending me to the emergency room ******* when I called to confront them about the situation they told me “well you took it didn’t you”. I with my prescriptions to Walmart where I have not had not one issue with my insurance and obviously not an issue with them giving me the incorrect amount. Please be safe and double check your medication and Save yourself a lot of time and grief and seek Other means to obtain what you needWalgreens but this place is horrible
