They lie about contacting your doctor to get a refill. And they lose prescriptions in their system that are sent in by your doctor. This pharmacy is AWFUL and such a headache to deal with so I switched and amazingly haven’t had a single issue with any prescription since.

Love my local Walgreens. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is amazing. Yeah, maybe short staffed at times but what store isn’t, the corporate/executive teams at the top are making all the $. I also believe there many are “entitled” people in our area who are impatient and can’t be bothered to be kind of just wait a minute or two for anything. Be patient at busy times and this store will deliver. I’ll keep going here!

I'm writing a review to review the pharmacy. I scheduled a vaccine appointment and was disappointed and annoyed it took them 45 minutes to come out and give me the shot. I had a scheduled time and could not understand why it took them that long. There was nobody in line for prescriptions the entire time I waited. It felt more like they just didn't want to be bothered. I would never go back there for a vaccination. The service I've had with the cashiers when buying things has always been good, but I won't be using the pharmacy again.

BEWARE of the pharmacy call center. My call was routed to them and they literally deleted my brand new prescription. There was nothing anyone could do but wait for a new Rx. I have transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. BEWARE

Was waiting in line to check out and had two older ladies in front of me. The first was just finishing her transaction and getting ready to leave when the cashier, Lora was complaining about how expensive rent is. She kept complaining and then continued her rant with the second lady. All of a sudden Lora says maybe she should look for places to live with more shootings so her rent would be lower. The older lady seemed very uncomfortable and couldn’t get out of the store fast enough. WOW! Just WOW! I’m shocked that the cashier was even having such a conversation to begin with then goes and says such a horrific thing just less than a day after 3 adults and 3 children are murdered in Tennessee. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

9-7-2023 new review I needed help with prior authorization and got my favorite tech, Trich. She was working the call center. So happy to get her because she knows everything. Been there for years and always sweet and friendly plus takes time to listen to me blab. Give Trish a raise! Seriously. Devon the pharmacist is awesome as well. Always goes out of way to help me like Trish does. Give them both raises! Walgreens can't afford to lose gems like them. 10 Fat stars!! Thanks Trish and Devon!! Awesome staff at this location! Been filling my complex list of medications for several years now... Jennifer, the pharmacist, is especially helpful and so kind. She's gone over and above what I'd expect from her, takes time to help me.

Just terrible, go somewhere else for sure. They're constantly overwhelmed as they don't hire enough staff and as a result it takes ages to fill a prescription and the vast majority of time, your prescription is either cancelled or delayed. I take insulin and several other chronic medications and I have had to go without them far too many times. Finally, they are not polite or apologetic when they don't have you prescriptions ready and basically they just say 'I'll just put ANOTHER not on my account which achieves nothing but yet another wasted trip to Walgreens... Useless!

We have had our prescriptions at Walgreens for upwards of a decade, and will be moving them due to the treatment we received at this Walgreens today. We were Gobsmacked by how we were treated by the Pharmacist at the drive-thru window (who I believe is the manager). Rude and unhelpful doesn't cover it... there was a complete and total lack of human decency and respect. Our Rx was not ready (despite having received a text that it was). It was unfortunate but understandable; things happen. But her dismissive, unkind and disdainful treatment and attitude towards me was baffling, and frankly just unnecessary. We will never fill our prescriptions with Walgreens again, and will be sure to share our story with our local community. There are too many pharmacy options to settle for one that treats its customers like the dirt they walk on.

I love Walgreens and the staff at this location. I have been going here for years. I try to have patience with the pharmacy as I know it is overwhelmed with giving boosters (COVID, Flu and others), and filling a high amount of prescriptions. I can see the workers behind the counter and they are working so hard. Please people, be patient. I understand that all pharmacies are overwhelmed right now.

Deb was AMAZING. She helped me out and was really understanding even though I was the one that made the mistake. Her service was incredible and I really wish this was the Walgreens on my side of town because I would be coming in here much more often if I was closer.
