I went to this location last week and wanted to point out that the cashier's customer service was phenomenal! believe her name was Evelyn, she was able to answer the questions I had very thoroughly and kindly and was also very patient and helpful.
The store is very busy I seen staff helping customers. Getting everyone checked out in a timely manner. The store is clean and I was able to find everything I needed.
I don’t really write reviews but the worker Evelyn was extremely kind and respectful when I came to get help. I’m very happy with the service but especially very thankful for the patience she had.
If could zero them i would !!! pharmacy is ridiculous wont charge my medicaid because i have a "primary insurance" and cant bill the "primary insurance" because they dont have the name obviously they don't have one because I don't have a primary insurance. They are ridiculous and not helpful at all.
Been getting my infants prescriptions here because antibiotics taste better here than anywhere else (I tried them - if my son has to eat/drink them I make sure they’re not horrid). This is the o my store that stocks an abundant supply of tamaflu as well. Although I’m disappointed I waited for six hours for my sick sons medicine the line was pretty long and they took care of everyone in less than ten minutes. Suggestion to the store, if a prescription comes through and is on hold do some research before letting it sit two hours. You have my phone number, call me. Lol. The last thing I want is for my 8 month old to suffer with this virus without medication any longer. Be courteous. I know you’re busy but it takes a two minute phone call. Also, offer consults in every medication. I shouldn’t have to ask how to store and give it, I should be immediately directed to consult if I’ve never had it before. Other than that great job moving the line quickly and taking care of all us sick people. (:
They closed tonight with zero notice to patrons 2 hours early due to staffing shortages. They no longer fill half of their prescriptions on-site, they send them out to a "central-fill" somewhere else so it takes 3 times longer or more sometimes to get your prescriptions filled. They also have closed the drive-thru which was extremely helpful for parents with small children to not have to take them into the store around all the sick people waiting in line. Overall their service has slipped more and more and more until their sub-par service is now a disgrace to customers.
It's no wonder this location has such bad reviews. Their Pharmacy team is completely incompetent. I wish I could give these "Pharmacists" 0 stars. Leticia and Nigel maybe?! They are the rudest people ever! They lack work ethic or customer service. They expect you to know everything about your prescription when it is quite literally, THEIR job. I thought I had a prescription transferred last night. Unbeknownst to me, they never had the prescription because they did not have the medication in stock. All he told me was that it may take up to 24 hours to transfer. I didn't receive a phone call or any type of notice stating that they couldn't fill my prescription. My 3 year old daughter has been in pain all day, and now it will be longer due to their negligence. I guess they just hire anyone these days. SMH
Manager or supervisor was just talking with a customer making conversation when we had asked twice for help for passport pictures been standing for 20 minutes
My husband and I got our covid booster and flu shots here today. The pharmacy was busy but the pharmacist was really friendly and did her best to get us taken care of as fast as she could. The shots almost didn’t hurt.. almost 😆
August 3rd @ 12:05pm. Thank you to the pharmacist that stepped in when Matt had no idea what to do or even tried to do anything about the situation. Matt didn't bother to ask another employee or the other Matt who said to go by, about the issue. My client called in about a prescription and was told to go by and they will fill it up. He should try to be a little more helpful with these kind of situations. Ask questions before sending away a customer.
