Store and pharmacy is awesome! I'd like to say people need to understand that this is a small pharmacy and they do not carry every single medication available in store. A lot of my own medications need to be ordered in and take a couple extra days to come in. I'm not sure why people want to complain, you DO NOT wait until the day of your last medication on hand to put in a refill. Especially if you are aware that it is a specific and popular medication. Seems like its the patients error NOT the pharmacy. I've also been told on multiple occasions, when I go out of town that my medications were put back on stock because they will only hold for 10- 12 days. That is absolutely REASONABLE! If your medication is so important you would think you would be picking it up in a timely manner. I think some people want to make their problems the pharmacys problem and do not want to take accountability OR responsibility. The amount of traffic and business they have is crazy! They ARE HUMAN! NOT robots running at an incredible rate and NOT on your time. These people just don't get enough credit in my opinion. Great job pharmacy team!!

Terrible Customer Service by Wallgreens' Afternoon Cashier I recently had the misfortune of encountering the afternoon cashier at Wallgreens, whose deplorable attitude, arrogance, and complete disinterest made for an absolutely horrendous customer service experience. Her lack of professionalism was truly astonishing. However, I must give credit to the exceptional service provided by two young men who were also present. They stood out as shining examples of what great customer service should be. 8:30 pm.

The pharmacy is one of the least reliable I've ever encountered. On four separate occasions now, I've been informed my prescriptions would be filled only to attempt to pick them up in vain. I'm glad I switched insurance to one that covers other oharmacies because I'm never using this one again.

This was my first time at this store and will be my last. I made a purchase last week and I wasn't able to use the points I've accumulated or the coupons attached to my phone number. The man helping me needed to ask for help and the one lady was incredibly rude and I ended up saying it as I left. I checked their website when I got to my car to try to find an answer that the lady couldn't give. I found that the exact same probiotics were being sold at the 18th & Hover store for $6 less and I could use my points, or whatever the reward system is, so I went back in and returned my purchase. Luckily another lady helped the same man and she was pleasant. However, my return was supposed to go back to my debit card with $1.00 going to a Store Credit card because of a coupon attached to one of the products. When my refund didn't show up on my card, I checked the balance and the entire amount ($75) was put as a store credit. When I called yesterday, the lady told me that she couldn't help and gave me a toll free number where they also told me they couldn't do anything and had to pass on a complaint to management. Not only did I pay for the products a second time for the lower cost, but now I have a $75 store credit that is completely useless to me. I wish I could remember the name of the first lady, she has no business being in customer service! Had she known anything about their policies she could've answered my questions like the second lady did and saved me all this trouble, but instead she resorted to being rude to hide her ineptitude.

This Walgreens ruined my weekend. Mother's Day weekend at that. Due to their shortsightedness and horrible communication, I am left without my medication until next week. Thanks so much for that. Spine surgery is fun to recover from without pain medication. NOT!

Horrible experience. I take an injection every month. Been coming here for a year now and the number of times they have not had my medication is ridiculous and is having a negative affect on my health. The worst part? Their customer service is horrible and they never let you know what’s going on until time has dragged on and you have to constantly reach out to them to find out what’s happening. Cancel your prescription order? Good luck getting them to notify you! The store manager Melissa, assistant store manager Gayle, and the District Manager of District 300 Amy, obviously need to lose their jobs because they can’t appropriately staff or manage their teams.

Literally sitting in line right now at Walgreens pharmacy right now and have been stuck in line 30 minutes. Customer service is horrible. I’ve had to ring them 5 times and they just say “be right with you” then hang up. Save yourself the irritation and just go somewhere else.

The pharmacy at this location has canceled my scheduled Covid vaccine two different times. Both times they didn't reach out so I drove over there and was turned away. Both times I have had an online confirmation which has my phone and email information. Today I was told they were too short staffed although I was the only customer and there were 3 individuals working in the pharmacy. I understand they are extremely busy and everyone is short-staffed but it is unacceptable to cancel appointments without contacting a customer. I am 100% done with this Walgreens and I am close to being done with all Walgreens in Longmont.

This review is for the Pharmacist Devon. I have been so disappointed with the service since the beginning of the year as many people have left. I've dealt with very rude people, not all of them but enough. Devon has been consistently kind, patient, and helpful to me. I truly appreciate that.

This is honestly the best Walgreens I know, I drive from Aurora just to come to this Walgreens. They actually respect you, they get things done in a timely manner, they are organized and you can rely on them. Huge thanks to the team at this Walgreens. You guys rock!
