Excellent customer service! We needed vitamins and on the shelf said buy one get one free. There was only one on the shelf. The lady working stocking shelves, said let the clerk know n we would get a discount on the item. By the time, we got to the front, the one who helped us Ramona(?) was working the cash register. She then asked if we checked the end cap for another one of the item. It was there . She was outstanding n should be recognized for her service.

This location provides excellent service, but the phone service is freaking annoying. I had to get a prescription transferred over from a non-Walgreens location, but the stupid phone menu doesn't have an option for that so I had to speak to a pharmacy tech. But the bot got in the way of that, too! And then I was hung up on TWICE! Once while speaking to a tech, and another time after filling out their phone survey.

I've used this Walgreens pharmacy for a number of years. They are very busy. They are also courteous, and careful -I've never had an error...Always great customer service and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable.

I just read the reviews and apparently they do this to everyone. My doctor sent them my prescription, after two days I called the pharmacy. They said there was not a prescription sent for me. I called my doctor (who is very busy) and they said the prescription was absolutely sent. I called Walgreens again and they can't seem to find it. It's medication that I've been on for 15 years. It's not something I can go cold turkey, but apparently they don't care because this pharmacy and the other Walgreens does not like to do their job!!! I might apply to work here, since I would get paid for ignoring my responsibility's and verbally abusing customers.

Here for a COVID vaccine booster with an appointment and there are still long wait times. They are SEVERELY under-staffed and running around disorganized. There are only 2 (maybe 3?) people trying to handle drive-up customers, customers at the counter picking up prescriptions, customers at the counter registering for vaccine shots, AND administering the shot. Giving 3 stars because they’re trying, but Walgreen’s should staff more people. The person ahead of us waited an hour after her appointment time to get a shot. Last year, we went to get a booster shot at a city-run public health building and it was busy but also very well organized and fast. I wish we had done that again because this Walgreen’s is not the best experience due to under staffing (but again, they are nice people and trying!).

0 stars. Same medicine every month and same excuse for not filling it every month. They always blame my doctor for not providing needed info when he does supply the info. Today when I tried to explain what happened last time that solved the problem, I was rudely interrupted and told firmly that my doctor was not returning calls. This pharmacy is the worst. Unfortunately Walgreens is the only pharmacy in town that fills this specific medication. I transferred the prescription to the 29 road Walgreens where I was heard and treated better. Avoid this 1st and Patterson Pharmacy they are rude and incompetent.

I used the FedEx pickup site at the photo dept while traveling. Very friendly service and i was able to find a few more things on i had my list.

I sat in the drive through line for 20-25 minutes. I got in line at just past 630pm. When my turn came, they said they are sorry, but they close at 7pm now. It was 702pm. It says 730pm is closing time when I called in. I was the last car in line. It would have taken a couple minutes. My medication was waiting to be picked up. I will no longer be using this Walgreens to fill my prescriptions. I'm extremely disappointed with this terrible customer service.

This "pharmacy" is a joke ! No one knows what's going on down there, been filling there since August 2021 and EVERY time I go there they swear they never filled my monthly Rx ... Even though I got them there for almost a year!!! When I called to day the "Supervisor" Brittney laughed that I have had all these issues with a monthly Rx. This is after they closed in February not letting any one know for a "COVID" outbreak in the pharmacy. I was unable to get pain medication after having 11 teeth removed. IMO they should close and let some one else that CAN fill medicine in an effect and respectful manger!!! I HAVE CHANGED PHARMACY'S!! SO SHOULD YOU !!!

I have been working with them since I moved here 2 years ago. They changed their policies and everyone quit. My favorite lady Valentina quit. She was super friendly and always gave my dog a bone. For four months now we've all have been dealing with early closing times at 5 pm so I can pickup after work and 2 hour long lines that wrap around the building. Doctors nearby have actually refused to send prescriptions there. Had to transfer all my perscriptions over to city market since a new 20 year old lead pharmacist Troy refused my family service after my doctor had to sent in my percriptions twice. I came back 3 times while waiting for hours in car since they closed inside down 4 months ago. He told me to get back in line. As I was pulling around he yelled out "I will just transfer your meds!" WHAT?...went in to confirm this and Gavin told me I now was, " banned from store " Wow. I never recieved any medication. Sick with cold and needed it for sleep. Doctor was off work today. St. Mary's ER does not refill medication under any circumstances. Turned a simple 1 perscription fill that was 2 weeks overdue into a total nightmare. I have been working in the medical field for some time and Pharmacist Troy is really inexperienced and unprofessional. Told me I could never come back but keep refiling percriptions on autofill and it it impossible to contact them about a transfer. Told me to contact City Market. Called City Market and they told me to contact Walgreens. Neverending hassle, harrassment, and difficulty. Never been treated so badly.
