The North Avenue location is understaffed. I usually get an Auto-refill and an alert once my prescription is ready about 1-2 weeks prior to my medication running out. This time I literally had 2 pills left and had to use the Walgreens app to refill. They said they could not process my prescription and told me to Call. When I called they said the pharmacy was temporarily closed. So I had to physically go in and wait in line for 45 minutes to find out why I hadn’t gotten my prescription refilled. They said I needed an updated insurance card, so I give them my new insurance card information which is something I could have easily updated or given over the phone or on their online app (there is no feature to update insurance info there). I spent another hour during my work day to get my medication and when I received it I only had a 30 day supply even though my doctor put an order in for a 90 day supply. According to my insurance they have a deal with Walgreens to only allow a 30 day supply ata time. (I don’t understand this). Unfortunately I will be switching to another prescription refill location because of this.

Needs a bike rack! I couldn't find anything to attach my bike to so I rigged it around a telephone pole across the parking lot. Also not very flexible with vaccine scheduling.

Great service in photo shop. The young lady that helped me was really kind and she made my photo print while I waited. Excellent service thank you!!

My wife and I stopped by this location to pick up some gift cards for the grandchildren. The young lady who helped us at check-out was exceptional. Not only was she very friendly (with a great smile), she was professional in her duties. Her name is Brytani and she is definitely an asset to the business.

The pharmacist Brian is extremely unhelpful. We have had multiple issues dealing with this store and this pharmacy. It is pathetic. It is so unprofessional. Never put your prescriptions ever what's your prescriptions in the hands of these incompetent people. Nobody should ever be this frustrated having to try to get a prescription transferred or filled at the very least.

I use a different pharmacy, but sometimes they run out of my medication. I've used this store a few times and I called them to assure the medication I needed was in stock before my doctor sent out another script. The lady answered the phone and refused to give me any information because it is "against the law " I have been on the same prescriptions for 15 years and I have never encountered this. I politely told her that I've never heard that before. She then cut me off, rudely repeated that "it's against the law" I called the other Walgreens and the gentleman that answered immediately answered my question. I know my laws and I know my rights.

Popped in on Thanksgiving just to grab a card game and found them tagged bogo so I grabbed 2 but no discount rang through. When I asked I was told one game was the "wrong" brand. I suggested I go grab a different one but was told manager was on her way to the register so I waited thinking they'd just fix it. Eventually the manager wandered up and acusingly grilled me while glaring under dark blue eyeshadow, asking "Where did you find this?" and saying "That's not where they are supposed to be!" as if I had nefariously rearranged the store in the 2 minutes I was there. So, rather than getting the "right" brand for a second game, which would count toward bogo- a deal I was simply surprised about to begin with, and rather than just buying the one I came for, I Ieft. It was a very strange and insulting and experience....I won't go to this location again.

I would give a 0 stars if possible. The pharmacy tech is extremely rude. She will cut you off during mid question. We have had numerous issues while trying to get my husband's insulin refilled there. They commonly don't have enough in stock, so they will give a PARTIAL refill and charge the same copay. They also do not notify you that the refill is only partial. When we realized this upon returning home my husband called and was told that the remainder of his prescription could be filled in x number of days without being charged another copay. When we tried doing this I was cut off by the pharmacy tech with long fake nails and fake eyelashes. She told me I was wrong and tried charging me a copay for a new refill. Once again we were given the wrong amount of insulin. When we tried questioning her about it we were told that she "doesn't have to put up with this. We can leave". Go to any other pharmacy if possible.

I would give 5 stars to all the staff but the super RUDE pharmacy woman. Dark hair -fake eyelashes. Just plain rude. Pharmacist and window gal were super nice as was the other staff in the store. They need her to work in the back and not have anything to do with the public. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day the first time ….but nope. Evidently every day is a bad day for her

I would not recommend this pharmacy! Every time I call in my refills, either they just plain don't fill it, even though I called and talk to someone who assured me it would be ready the next day. This is a repeat problem over and over. I'll be switching to another pharmacy!!
