The manager, Craig was professional, skilled and patient beyond belief. He resolved our late day arrival issues with finesse and meticulous attention to details. We left with a lovely, perfect new phone for me, and improvements to my hubby’s phone. His new tech, Jarick, calmly helped facilitate all this via our initial phone calls. We will return there with all our cell phone needs, despite the nearly 3 hour drive.

I've been a customer twice and have been treated with patience, kindness, dignity and respect by the employees. Last time I brought my mutilated phone in, after running over it with a vehicle. I needed the data transferred to a new phone and the process was quick and seamless. Today, Vinny spent over an hour troubleshooting the cause behind very important and sentimental data disappearing from my text messages. He was diligent, thorough and communicative through the whole process. While he was unable to get the data to reappear in the store, he gave me detailed instructions that should, when completed, result in data restoration. Thank you Vinny and CPR!

Had a major issue from a different company that completely messed up my screen and tablet (fix it wireless) I came to CPR repair hoping to get the damage and neglect fixed. They did not disappoint. Not only were they understanding they took it seriously and got everything fixed as it was perfect. Price was very reasonable too. They saved my tablet(Samsung 2016) and even replaced the backing. I was very grateful and glad I brought it here. I suggest you do the same.

CPR Thornton replaced my battery in my 2014 MacBook Pro. They used an OEM-brand battery that Apple contracts with. When I got it back, it worked just as it should with superb battery life. They got it done in one day, so the turnaround time was quick. Very impressed with their professionalism and service. Good job CPR!

I initiated an insurance claim just before midnight on a Friday. Initially, I was scheduled in downtown Denver, but due to high demand the store was out of screens. The downtown store called down to the Thornton store to ensure they had adequate stock, before having me go all the way to Thornton. The Thornton store was easy to find, plenty of parking, and super efficient in replacing our screen. Both of the staff members I worked with were courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient in taking care of us. If (when) we have another broken screen, we will certainly use CPR for replacement again.
