Bought a 75” Hisense TV yesterday. Had to get creative to get it in the back of my SUV. Unboxed it laid it flat on top of every piece of foam that came in the box. Drove it home 5 miles on backroads. Got home unloaded the tv and hung it on the wall. Tv has vertical lines and is cracked. I know the TV was never bumped or hit as I’m the person that did all the work. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with BB. The claimed the box was damaged. This was laughable as the there was no clear impact damage on the box. The only issue with the box was I had broken it down so it would fit in the recycle can. Something told me to just wait and order it from Amazon which is exactly what I’m doing after I hit send on this review. Good luck I’ll never be back hoping a TV repair shop can fix it so it’s somewhat usable. 1600.00 worth of junk.

I have given Best Buy so much business......not anymore. Went in to buy a mouse for my computer. Was hard pressed to find a salesman. Finally the "salesman" who had avoided me for 5 minutes, I got him cornered, asked for help with finding a mouse, since I am a senior citizen and wasn't sure what I needed. He pointed me to them, helped me pick one out which was marked $14.99 I asked, this is 14.99? He said yep. Took it upfront to the ghosted cash register, finally got waited on, she rings it up and said $21 and change. I said, wait, what did that ring up as? She said $19.99. I said, no the price said $14.99, I even verified with an employee, she said, sorry, customers misplace these items all of the time. I said, can't you verify it with the guy who said, yep, it's $14.99? She said, nope, sorry. I said, forget it, I don't want it. She couldn't careless. I went to my car, phoned the number of the store, someone from a call center answered only after 10 minutes, said, oh sorry, I have to have someone from the actual store call you in an hour.....ummmmm 24 hours later still NO phone call. What a JOKE. You all must have so many customers that you really don't care about this one time good, but former customer

After our washer took its last spin we had to face the reality of appliance shopping. Three other local stores were not helpful. We had purchased electronic products from Best Buy but never appliances. We were so glad we did. They were so helpful and explained everything. We didn't feel like it was a hard sell, since the person who helped us was not on commission. We just got the facts. Set up and haul away was easy and efficient. We have peace of mind with the Geek Squad extended warranty. Really like my new washer and dryer!! Thank you Best Buy for taking the stress out of this situation.

Michelle in the phone dept. went over and above for me. I went to AT&T and spent hours trying to buy a phone only to be frustrated by poor customer service. The only good thing AT&T did for me was tell me to go to Best Buy if I wanted help, thank you again AT&T. Michelle your grade A!!

The staff are helpful and friendly and the store usually has plenty of stock, but it looks pretty dated on the inside. Checkout is always easy because it hasn't been too crowded the last few times I have been there. Parking is not a problem either the lot is large and the store is basically a stand alone so there is no one else parking there.

I normally would not write a review of Best Buy but feel compelled to because I had a such an easy and streamlined purchase. I went in for a monitor and Mac keyboard and trackpad and the man working in the computer section (on July 30th around noon) was super efficient at looking things up that were in stock and then checked me out right at the desk. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.

Worst bestbuy I have ever been to. I bought a TV online and I picked it up. The box was in pretty good shape, and when I got home and unboxed the TV and it was broken. I took it back today (within the amount of days I was told I had to return it) and the blonde female Manger would not help me and kept saying that she could not return it because the box was in good shape. An undamaged box with damaged merchandise inside is more important than taking care of your customers. Worst customer service ever. Thankfully, when I called headquarters, they stated that nowhere in bestbuy's policy does it say they can not process returns if the box is not damaged. They were able to get me a return label anyway to ship out the TV.

Not well stock, lots of empty shelves, staff is friendly. Saw lots of in store pick up transactions. Ample parking available. Easy access.

Save yourself some time and go to a different BestBuy with adequate staff. I along with several other customers waited over an hour to get a single item from locked cages. They are severely understaffed, none of us could even find a blue shirt other than the cashier and front door guy and another that was helping someone choose a TV. Many other BestBuys in the area, spare yourself.
