Hope you GME apes are right and bring these stores to a new level! This store has declined something fierce in the passed ten years. Was once a pretty solid place to visit when a new major release was inbound, now has become pretty scarce in even the more obscure selection of games. Thankfully, the manager there was on call for my inquiries and eventually settled for a rare release. Sadly it was indeed the last one so it was "opened." But Dusk Diver 2... Decent game, enjoyed quite a bit.

They definitely need to have more than one employee. Felt bad for the poor girl that was working the register and had a huge line. Otherwise amazing!

Empty, messy, disorganized plenty to do but staff was socializing at the desk. Cool dudes but store was a disaster. Basic games nothing too exciting. Better off going to a less busy location

Came in today just to look around with my girl and we found some pop figures and a star-wars figure for Christmas presents. We went to the counter and I asked for a military discount, I know GameStop has them because I’ve been to like 10 and have never been denied one. The guy behind the counter hits me with “Nah we don’t” ridiculously rudely. So I was already irritated, he then talks down to my girlfriend who thought a pop figure was 8 dollars, but it actually turned out to be 14 because they were to lazy to take down the signs from Black Friday . Finally to top it all off he rudely tried to charge me full price on the star-wars figure I bought from the clearance section. My girlfriend and I don’t appreciate getting talked down to like we’re kids when we’re just trying to buy some merchandise.

What a wonderful experience! Went in to trade in our PS4 for a Nintendo Switch Lite. It was so easy and the customer service was OUTSTANDING 😃 Thank you Nick!! Nick and Jesse were working their tails off and it was a busy day!! I will definitely be recommending this store! Thanks again guys! 👍

This GameStop location beats the rest in Denver. Every time I’ve come in, I’ve received outstanding customer from Ahmed. I’m NOT just saying this because I share the same name as him. I genuinely appreciate his dedication to giving me the best customer experience I can have. Every time I come in, I see Ahmed giving amazing professional customer service to other customers as well as working had to keep the store stocked and looking nice, tidy, and welcoming. Ahmed’s attitude brightens up the store as well as my day. He is the type of guy that looks out for his customers, so they keep coming back. He has informed me about the GameStop app and all the days in which GameStop has special deals. He truly makes shopping for video games a great experience and this is why I highly recommend this GameStop and will definitely be coming back to this location. Keep up the good work Ahmed!! They held an in-stock game for me 30 minutes before closing and gave me a free travel bag. I wouldn’t expect them to have made such a positive lasting impression! I appreciate them going beyond customer expectations.

I visited GameStop to exchange an Xbox controller. Little did I know I would be subject to some of the best customer service I have ever had. Ahmed was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find the right controller to exchange and also explained the benefits of buying the GameStop warranty. The store was very busy but he managed to take care of all the customers in line as well as sign up some new pro memberships.
