FYE

This store stole my credit card information. I used to love this place for all of my merch but last month I went into the store and bought a single item. I was pitched a FREE rewards account and I would save 10% off of this purchase. I work in the mall as a manager of one of the stores and my store offers something similar (actually a FREE rewards account). So I agreed. All they asked was for my phone number and email. No red flags whatsoever. In turn they showed me the benefits of the program and it seemed like a pretty sweet deal. What I didn't know was that they stole my credit card information from the TRANSACTOIN which I didn't agree to and started charging me $12 a month until I cancel my "subscription". So much for free rewards program. Don't go here. They will scam you and steal your credit card information without you knowing. And a message for the store: I will be contacting Colorado Mills Mall Management. Thanks

I (like others who have posted a review) was scammed by this store. I agreed to a free membership only to later discover that the manager put me on a Platinum Membership plan which charges me $12 a month. Upon signing up, I asked the necessary questions to ensure I wasn't joining a membership I'd have to pay for. It is not an exaggeration to say that I asked about three times if there would be any future fees. The manager hid the fact I would, in fact, be charged in the future. I will no longer shop at this store. It's appalling what they did to me and others. Many things are over priced as it is, but to scam customers into paying for a membership is disgraceful. The company, and more specifically, the manager of this location should feel ashamed. This is exactly how you lose customers. 👋

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP CARD. I was not told it had fees and was told it’s only to earn in store rewards. My card was charged and when I called to cancel it a lady on the phone was trying to have me keep it for gift cards and I was told I’ll get more gift cards for adding more payment methods. It’s a scam!

It's a cool place with lots of anime stuff but they signed me up for their membership without telling me or giving me a choice to decline. You guys are pretty awful for that

They began charging my card $11.99 a month after I shopped there, for some kind of reward program they said that I signed up for. They didn't even have my name when I called them to contest it. They tried to get me to give them my drivers license information and send them a copy of my bank statement. They were able to look up the account with a number that was on the charge. They argued with me about it and tried to say that I must have let someone else use my credit card. I was told by a *supervisor" that the charges would be credited back in 7 days. Wait and see.

This store is so cool. It has so many items I don't know how to describe it. there's toys, collectables, vinyl records, posters, blue rays, Cds. it's an awesome experience

This store is absolutely amazing! Chris and all the employees are so friendly and helpful. I love shopping for the Mandalorain products for my son!

They have horrible customer service. The hours aren't correct so don't expect them to be open because they open and close when they feel like it. Some things are overpriced. I would definitely recommend looking at your receipt carefully because they will overcharge you and hope you don't see it.

Wow I could not be more shocked! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FREE MEMBERSHIP BS! I was asked if I wanted to save money on a free membership to then find out I was enrolled in a $100 dollar magazine subscription after I canceled and thought I was good, Then I get a monthly bill for the membership. The manager is a theif and should be held accountable. I can already see I'm not the first person to complain yet he is still there. Corporate will hear about this.

Like others, I too was scammed by the manager for a “free” membership. I was told that I would save some money on the purchase I was making, and that the membership was “absolutely free”, along with the “free” magazine subscription. I even asked if it was a free trial and he said no. To think that a manager is deceiving his customers and STILL working there says a lot about this company. I was charged the following month randomly and figured out that it was all a ruse to get you to sign up. To cancel it you have to either call their customer service or sign up for an FYE account which put you on their email newsletter and there’s another way for them to get your information. I will not be shopping at any FYE locations anymore and will make sure to warn all my friends about this place.
