Just stopped by to get a charger for my macbook that they had it in stock and they helped me locate the charger as well as a cover for the charger ends which actually was in the back 😹. Clutch visit and everyone was friendly. There is a bathroom in the back and all sorts of electronics and gadgets throughout the store. Plenty of space to park

Visited on a mid-week afternoon for an audio adapter. The price was cheaper than on Amazon, but the product was difficult to find. No one was around to help me, so I searched several aisles myself. I finally found the Best Buy Essentials adapter and checked out with a friendly cashier.

Every time I come into the store, people are so happy and pleasant. I met a nice young man named Maas yesterday. He was really efficient and helping me find a top-of-the-line laser printer and pointing out the difference between the two I was looking at and explaining the difference in price and why one was on sale, and the other wasn’t even though there was no sale sign on the machine. He was very helpful when we ran into a small glitch on my annual service plan and he help me solve that at the end with the help of a gentleman named Mack. Look forward to seeing you guys and the entire team over there more regularly.

Out of all the Best Buy stores I've been to, the employees from this location by far are the best! Very helpful and don't forget about you after you've asked for help. 10/10

I visited with my two sons and the person who helped us with our online pick up was kind and thoughtful. The store is big and clean, with good parking. We will probably be back.

Best buy sent us two installers who were competent, friendly, helpful, and who gave me an impromptu tutorial on how to use our new dishwasher. A very positive experience.

Jordan in the TV dept was very knowledgeable and a great help in my shopping. He explained the various features of each unit and why they were important. Clearly value may cost more but be worth it.

Absolutely the worst store and customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Do not, I repeat Do not purchase any open box products from this store! They sold us a tv with a broken screen and after being advised by their tec support that they would happily refund the money or replace the tv the management literally accused us of breaking the tv ourselves. I can assure you that we handled the tv with the utmost care when removing it from the box. That’s a lot of money to spend and not be extra careful when unboxing it or setting it up. Don’t buy any open box products! You will end up with broken products and no money!!!!

Manager Travis, Keith, and Best Buy team member Luis were really helpful. Especially Luis, full of patience and cheerful. Place is huge and you will find pretty much everything here.

Feels like Best Buy is buying time before they too go belly up like Circuit City a decade ago. Empty shelves and a lack of merchandise make exploring the store no fun. They’ve become a “if they have it I’ll pick it up” type place. The fact they match prices is the only reason I’ll even look.
