I’m visiting some friends in the area and wanted to get some games for the Switch for us to play while I’m here! This store was super awesome! Really clean and organized. They had a good selection of games and the employees were very nice and professional, but still fun to talk to. Shoutout to Tyler for being super nice and helpful!!! Game night is going to be a success!!
I had an amazing experience shopping here, there was this really nice young individual named Tyler. He was the best at helping me shop for my son. Really made my day :)
The store itself was well-maintained. However the employee who was Working the evening shift was very disinterested and offering assistance to off myself and other customers to enter the store, and when I asked him specific questions, he literally gave me as little information as possible, and what I perceive to be a snarky and rude manner. I’ve been a member of GameStop for many years now remember and rarely do I have experiences like this most of the time employees are enthusiastic or happy to help engaging and knowledgeable, but this certainly was an exception, and I would not recommend dying. When is young man is on shift.
Was supposed to get my early release pre order of a new game and the were closed when the doors were supposed to stay open til 10. Tried to visit the store again today during business hours and the store still isn’t open an hour after it’s supposed to be open……I will no longer do business with GameStop even after buying all my games from this specific location for almost 3 years
Why do I keep going to Gamestop??? Went there looking for a specific game found it but had to pay "new" price for a damaged case and scratched disk. Keep in mind it was a new game but unsealed and damaged case.. save your time and headache go to Level 7 Games.
The person helping me was very friendly. They knew and had what I was looking for. Even provided information on things that I had questions about. Would definitely come back and shop. Went during the holidays and they were able to help me in a timely matter.
I had a game on PREORDER that i pre-ordered. I was called to pick up the game and could not go the exact second they called me so they sold the game to someone else because “people were waiting”. Of course people were waiting for a popular game, but that is why one preorders it. They told me to drive 40 minutes to another store to get it. Why would someone ever preorder a game if it doesn’t mean it is their guaranteed copy of the game ? Employee even laughed while saying he sold it. Horrible experience.
The worst gamestop you go in there you ask these guys about a game they don't know what they're talking about never have played any of the games and then on top of that will not answer the phone when you Give them a call So they usually end up selling the last copy Of Preorders and stuff like that I honestly think that the whole staff should be fired And they need to get some people in there that actually care about their job
Either hire another person or have two people who work four hour shifts so that you don't walk up at the start of a 30-minute shut-down of the entire store. Line of people standing in front of the store with the employee visible. At least also leave if you're shutting down. Also, when we walked up he said 20 minutes, waited 35 for the door to finally open.
Ran into a few snags but everything was resolved pretty easily. The new guy has great energy fresh customer service. The manager who helped me with my zelda game was quick efficient and all around awesome.
