Best buys have the worst car audio installers. I'm so glad they are shutting all their install bays down. Don't hire high schoolers that have no business working on cars. Can't wait till best buy is out of business.

Nick in the auto department was so helpful and kind to me today. I had a car radio issue that not even my own dealership offered to fix, but I took my chances and stopped by Best Buy to see if they could help. It took Nick less than 5 minutes to get me what I was looking for. Great customer service!!

What ever happened to good customer service? “Tiff”, the manager at the time refused to leave her office TWICE to talk with a paying customer over a discrepancy in price. The product was mislabeled by $200+, I didn’t want to “rob” the place so I picked a different product that would only need to come down $50. I thought this was fair. After waiting what seemed like 15 minutes to talk with the manager (“Tiff”), she sent her sales associate back to me with a message that she won’t work with me on the price of the product that was labeled incorrectly. I had to walk away from the sale with the confusion of why this manager refused to manage their store. The sales associates treated me well.

After a slight mistake on price Ashley made it it good. Of all the Best Buys this is one of the best! I go here for smart watches, TVs, (back in day) stereo gear. They will take good care of you.

The attention I received when I bought my cell phone was terrible. I chose to go to a store, but it is preferable to buy on ebay. 6 employees talking and laughing, while I was asking for help to finish my purchase, and it seemed that they were laughing at me. When taking care of me they have treated me very badly. this is my last purchase at best buy

Walked in and wasn't greeted, then went and had to find someone just to help me. There was about 6 people just standing around talking. I ended up going somewhere else to buy my $1500 gaming laptop that I was looking for instead of here. Displays and selection is pretty dismal, service is atrocious. Willing to drive to another location which is further to not be here.

Hadn't dealt with a best buy in over 8 years. I thought, it can't be so bad right? Wrong. turner into a multi day ordeal in store and then also online and will not be back. Hopefully ever. 2 stars because they did take the item back without much fuss (that I had bought the previous night). Make sure you get a print receipt in store

We bought a refrigerator and the delivered it within 4 days. The only problem was the bend the frame around the fan and now it is noisy! They came and checked it and ordered a new one. But it won't be here until July.

Disappointed in the lack of options for VR headsets. It’s Best Buy, you would think there would be atleast a small handful of options at each store. Am I delusional? Nothing available for Apple. Front Desk guy was nice.
