I got 2 recliners 1199 each. Paid 75.00 a week made total 77 payments as of today 07/27/2023. Total 5880 I have paid when agreement was made total was 2900 hmmmm something wrong I called telling me oh was mistake we will drop it down for 12 more weeks of 52.41 WTH???? Anyone know how I can get in touch with corporate? I will be getting in touch with my attorney over this my husband works hard for his money like others do

Don't let the process of a type of place like this renting to you throw you off! The staff is amazing, helpful, and welcoming ....once you get pass the verification, reference check, questions that could make you feel like you're getting grilled.... I'm sure in this type of business all of these things are a necessity something I didn't realize right away upon my first experience but, the nice lady who helped me(employee name I will figure out and update) on both visits was very nice, attentive - for somebody who was very busy and training the only other employee on the sales floor. She was personable and very helpful with my situation. I definitely recommend this store! Thanks!

This is the most unprofessional business! The manager is rude and condescending. Seems to be bad business practice to pre approve somebody and have them pay only to have them later wait until info is verified. That should be done before signing the contract. If you are looking to lease anywhere is better than here. All they care about is taking your money no customer service skills at all!

Wasn’t aware or told that I needed to pay more than the weekly payment amount to pay it off within the interest free time period.

Dezi is knowledgeable, nice, shows great guest service, and she followed up to assure I was satisfied. The men that delivers the merchandise are respectful. The manager needs to be replaced he will sell broken items and when you complain he starts crying how he lost money on the items. BEWARE of the store manager he doesn't care about his customer he wants to look good on paper...
Just lost another long time customer. Had issues with payment not decreasing properly. Asst mgr agreed. And says she will have mgr look into it and call me. Never did. Waited and even called back several times just to be brushed off ....really. Now late fees on top of the payoff .....waiting on you guys . What a joke you guys have turned in to. Whats wrong with the mgr that he cant call the customer to let them know how and why there being screwed out of more money. Sad thats how you guys handle business. ......
I wish I could give 0 stars. The Manager Tim is very rude and unprofessional! DO NOT waste your time and money here! You will pay way too much for sub-standard furniture and get treated poorly in the process!
Joke of a company. Lazy, unprofessional and too weak to carry couches up stairs. I know why I heard all these crazy stories about rent a center now. Josh is THE WORST out of all of them AND they added me on Snapchat.... CREEPT
