"Kudos to Nydia and the management of this location for the outstanding sevice."
"The people that work at lowes, extremely friendly and knowledgable."
I had a great experience at the Arvada Lowe's last week! Thank you to Brian in flooring and also Regina & Connor at customer service. They all helped me with getting tiles that I needed ASAP because my contractor was on his way to start the project. The tiles were on sale and they look amazing. Lastly, Connor even assisted in getting everything in to my car. Big thanks to all of them!
Thanks for the feedback, Kristin! From our extensive selection of products to our team of home improvement experts, we work hard to deliver the best service and value to our customers. We hope to see you back again in the future.
Beware of in store pickup!!! I purchased a new grill online from Lowes and after a week of waiting, the original store I ordered from (Erie) said they will not have the grill in stock. So I reluctantly updated the order to be for this store and drove an hour round trip to get the grill. Upon getting to the service desk I noticed the box appeared to have been opened. I asked if it had already been opened and was told no, but the customer service rep opened the box so I could inspect. It took zero effort to open the box since it was held on with a small piece of tape (first clue this wasn't new). Then I looked in the box and it appeared unused although there was random plastic floating throughout the box (second clue). I ended up going with the grill, I took it out to my car and then decided to inspect a bit more. This is where I noticed the chrome legs were completely scratched and chewed up. I put the grill back in the cart and returned to the store. Thankfully they had another grill. This one also had tape over the entirety of the box and did not look like it was ever opened. The associate I was working with offered to open the box so I could inspect again, I took them up on the offer and this one looked brand new. Great. I really appreciate all of the help to make this thing right and that's why I've added an extra star. Those associates are amazing individuals and I am grateful for them. However I don't understand what sort of mismanagement leads to me almost walking off with a grill that was obviously damaged. Whether this was a floor model, a used grill that a customer returned, or a new grill that was damaged from the factory and returned by a customer doesn't really matter. This open box grill never should have been selected for me for in-store pickup. Sure if you want to take an extra $100 off (like any other open box) then sure, but this was not the case. Anyway, I think the entire situation (even before I selected this location after Erie tried to bait and switch me) has soured my view towards Lowes. I'll stick with Home Depot going forward.
We're so sorry to hear about this experience, Cody. Customer service is our priority, and this is not what you should expect from our team. We're sharing your feedback with our Arvada team right away. We hope you give us another chance in the future.
I’ve been going to this particular location for years because it’s less crowded than Home Depot. This location has always had poor customer service. Employees will literally avoid interacting with customers at all costs. The managers are icy cold with no interest in helping. Today was my breaking point and I’m never coming back.

While trying to repair a broken fantasy football trophy, Phil was quick to help us find all the parts necessary. The store is clean, easy to navigate and the staff are super friendly! Thank you for your help!!
Thank you for the review, Amanda! We're glad to hear Phil took care of you. See you next time!
Ditto to the man who posted 7 mo ago about having problems ordering blinds. I went to the store yesterday, explained what I wanted, someone wrote it down and said he'd have his boss call me back in the afternoon. Nothing, so around 6 PM I called and set up an appointment for today. After waiting several minutes with no one asking if they could help me, I went to the customer service desk. I stood around for another 20 min and still nothing so I left. I will go to a different Lowe's store before ever trying this Lowe's again. They could definitely use some training in how to treat customers. Update: Go to the Westminster store where Terri has been topnotch! I have been super pleased with her professionalism and efficiency!

The day I visited Lowe's, it was to return an item for a refund. The entire process was efficient, quick, and easy. Of course, I had the receipt ready to complete the process. Overall it was a good experience. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
Thanks for sharing this with us! It's nice to know that our employees went above and beyond to meet our customers' home improvement needs. Again, thank you for choosing Lowe's!
It’s saddening. Lowe’s continues to spiral downward. There was a time that I loved Lowe’s because they had good products priced right and coupled with good service from knowledgeable sales people. Those days appear to be long gone. Today’s trip was typical of the last several times I’ve gone to Lowe’s. Nobody around to help answer questions and when you finally hunt someone down they offer lackluster assistance at best. We showed up to specifically order new blinds. I felt like I was imposing on the sales associate when I explained we wanted to order. They had to enter our information twice which is a testament to how bad their IT system is. No wonder they don’t want to show any form of enthusiasm for their job or trying to sell! Once the information was entered we had to walk half way across the store just to pay and get a receipt the hopefully soon to be scheduled measuring appointment. Considering that there is little to no assistance for purchases the salt in the wound is trying to check out… you have to do it yourself. The last two times I’ve been in there the only way to purchase was the self service lanes. You would think they would give you a discount since you are doing more work then their staff.
I live in a high rise Condo. My neighbors recommended I call Lowes for their sliding glass door installers as they had a good experience with them years ago. The man who came out and gave me a quote was nice enough and arrived within a few days and was pretty responsive to questions. Then a different man came out and took some measurements, he arrived probably about two weeks after I agreed on the quote. I was told I'd get a phone call within 5 days to discuss the measurements. After two weeks I contacted the initial man who gave me the quote to ask where we were in the process. He told me via email that Premier Service Group who Lowe's uses for installs will not do the job, didn't provide a reason and then didn't respond to my email asking for clarification. I'm disappointed my project was canceled without my being informed. I'm disappointed in the time spent going nowhere. And I'm left uncertain where else to turn as finding contractors for a high rise condo isn't easy. This result was surprising when I know my neighbors have had similar work done by Lowes. Not a great experience.
Went in today looking for some particular items. Thanks to Frida who helped me find exactly what we were looking for. Not only did she help and direct us to the items, she gave us a coupon for $10 off over $75. We clearly were spending over $75 so it helped that she thought to give that to us. Thanks for being so kind!!! Plus, on. Saturday afternoon and the store was not nearly as full as it could have been. Win for us all around!
Lowe's is the absolute worst. Just go across the street to Home Depot and save yourself the headache. Constant issues: paint not tinted, no one to check you out, and then at self checkout they don't accept half the possible forms of payment, and then customer service is non existent or miserable to deal with. What gives? Hey management, I have an idea -- go to Home Depot and learn how to do half decent customer service
We're so sorry for the inconvenience, Brandon. Customer service is our priority and we always want our customers to have a seamless shopping experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we'll be sure to share this with our Arvada team. We hope you visit us again soon.
