This place has excellent customer service, they always work with me and help me get what I need, and they have excellent delivery service as well. Joey and Andrew always make sure they arrive on time. So if your looking for a place to rent from this is the place to go. Keep up the good work.

So we decided to give them a try, and this place has made my family frustrated tired and upset, The harassment is constant. As of this most recent incident, we had paid are bills up to date, I have proof of the 415.60 taken out of my account, i had to contact my bank, I’ve spoke with multiple people (rent a center workers) on three way calls with my bank confirming the money was taken out And the approval number saying it was the merchant who have no collected the money but was taken from my account, not to mention when I was on the three way call, rent a centers worker took another call to help someone else and ignore what my bank teller had to say! but of course they want to try to pull three more times out of my account. These people and company don’t look at you as human but money, they left a note on my door saying they scheduled to pick my stuff up (even though I have the proof I paid, where did that money go rac? they don’t care whatsoever about their customers they show up at my house constantly even tho the bills are paid, but yet are not willing to accept the information and proof given to them. I’m ready with all the proof and letters and phone calls and show ups at my house, I’m ready to sue your company for harassment and trying to take more money than expected and especially during covid,(they don’t care at all) they don’t offer help even tho they advertise it!! Don’t go with them unless you want you and your family to be constantly harassed, I’m almost paid off with what we got, and I will never do business with this company ever again. Im very upset that you’re workers have no empathy or sight to see for the truth and proof. I’ll make sure to let friends family and local people know as I will post this review on other social media platforms of all the proof and harassment.

Changed their policy. Now require 1 month in advance on any new agreement. Site advertised 1 dollar for first week. Doesn't mention 1 month in advance on top of it. Their advertising is misleading and their same as cash prices are almost double. Won't ever even think about giving rentacenter any business again.

Phones keep locking up and still want full payments... This will be 4 phones total that has locked up on me. My first note 10 the back-up phone now both note 10 phones are locked up and we are once again without phone usage. Is this the price we pay to go thru rent a center? If not why am i having all this trouble and im paying over 2000$ for these phones which is more than ebay and amazon for the used cracked and preowned phones...?? Enough is enough im tired had to reach out and let everyone hear my troubles since ive gotten these phones. Im also renting an living room set with them too. How can yall resolve this issue?

so my friend recently just purchased a Bluetooth stereo surround sound her boyfriend also I filled out an application to evidently he was denied when he when they showed up with the product that she signed for it and then he came out or upstairs and they saw him in immediately they whisper to each other after she had signed and already paid for it and then left said nothing about leaving and just left literally she has purchased it and sign for it so they forgot something in the van and left and now they're telling her they can't do anything about it because he was not approved so they couldn't deliver it to their address because they couldn't approve the address because her bf on hia online app put her adress but then he showed pay stub showing that he lives in a different building and it doesn't matter even if he did live here and got denied because on multiple occasions I've had friends get denied and I seen people get denined and their roommate still got stuff delivered like this is ridiculous.this is probably the most blatantly disrespectful discriminative horrinle business that I've ever seen this is horrible business these people will rip you off they will literally take your money do the entire process and then come all the way out your house make you sign the agreement and then just leave that right there is blatantly just disrespectful that is downright just you're a horrible human being like you don't even have the guts to tell us a young girl that you don't want it you can't do something like cuz it because of her boyfriend like you want no confrontation so you just leave and then you leave it to your manager to say that she can't do anything cuz I have to talk to home office this is just disgusting the BBB will be notified I hope you would Rent-A-Center enjoy your jobs while they last cuz I'm pretty sure you're going to someone's going to get fired for this one. oh and also to add they also commented on all the TVs we had around the house now I fix electronics myself personally and when people throw out their TVs cuz we've cracked screen I know there's value in those TVs so I see value worth other people see junk they literally judge that and that was one of the reasons why they left to like you're judging people yeah telling her that it's basically awfully hard to break a TV I don't know you know you wanted to TV and she said he fixes them and if you can't fix them he scraps the four parts because the parts are worth money to this is so blatantly disrespectful I cannot believe you guys are still in business if you do business like this you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
