King Soopers

They hide bin for recycle for plastic bag so no one could access it! So, when people bring plastic bags for recycling they are unable to find bin which is behind administrator. When I've asked: "Why do you hide it?" Response: "It is our policy because shoppers instead to pay for bags taking used one from bin." I don't believe in this as in other King Soopers bin is visible and accessible. So, if you need to recycle plastic bags, ask administrator where is the bin and he/she will show where it is. Very irresponsible for company who gives away so many plastic bags which end up in trash.

This is my local shopping 🛒 location & in comparison to other kings, this one is above par. Usually has what I need, but feel since the pandemic, lost some of the charm. The added alcohol has lessened the selection. The people in general are nice, but would be nice to see more management visible to support. Example: self checkout always is a cluster. They have two different areas, but mostly have the one section open. Why don't they open both, if there are lines going deep in the isles? Feel there is a lack of staff to support during peak times.

The store is great . I was busy with payment and didn’t even notice how lady wrapped each items in the individual bag. What is the point ? I guess 1-2 bags would be enough, but I got like 10 of them . Safe your damn plastic

If your shopping for groceries in town, go to the kings by cherry hills church, or the one on Quebec. This store is awful at keeping up with stock and has a poor selection as of recently, and is also pretty small compared to the other ones mentioned. They also move some groups of food around sometimes, and it makes it infuriating to find things your looking for when you have gotten used to an item being in 1 spot for a while. Also, would recommend staying away from this one at night, (9-11 PM seems to be the yucky time) as ive seen many teenagers come in and practice disrespectful & disruptive behavior, and store management doesn't do a whole lot to stop it. Teens will come in during the day too if school is out: haven't had any bad encounters with any teens during the day yet, the ones during the day usually are more respectful, but just putting that out there for anyone who's concerned. Also, if your shopping by your self, and often have big shopping lists, the Quebec location has large self checkout stations that make shopping alone very easy! Also be carful, as we have seen and picked up food that was opened/unsealed, so double check yoru groceries.

Austin is an incredible employee. Always friendly and is attentive whenever there are issues with self checkout.

Great store that has pretty much everything you need with it being in stock most of the time. All the staff I've met have been friendly and helpful. The biggest drawback, though, is it seems to be understaffed for true efficiency. I know it's hard to find workers, so it isn't a mark against them, but it will affect your experience. I once had a 45 minute wait to get meat from the deli and when I went back they still hadn't gotten to my order and I had to leave without it. Checkout times can be long depending on the time of day you go. I think if they could find a few more good workers that they'd easily earn 5 stars.

This store does not know how to refrigerate anything properly. Buttermilk is consistently chunky-so I now purchase it at Whole Foods. Numerous shelves empty. Shop at Kroger stores in other states-shelves are full. It is NEVER one stop shopping anymore. Don't know why I bother anymore. Wish we had better options in Highlands Ranch.

Website says item is in stock and available for pick up. You drive out to get it and it's not there. I don't know how to explain how disappointing this is for someone who has no free time and finally was able to catch a few hours for a self care project. Not reliable.
