King Soopers Marketplace

I have shopped at this store a few times with my family and always feel as though I'm being watched and judged, especially by the security guard (what store needs a security guard?!) with dark hair and glasses. Not once have I ever done anything to make him think I'm a trouble maker and I would never steal! A couple times I have walked past him and said hello. He never says anything but sure gives me a hateful/glaring eye! Then there was one time King Soopers was getting ready to close (it was 10:50) and I was trying to make my way to the self checkout because regular registers are not open. I stopped to grab an item that I needed and out of the blue he comes around the corner and tells me "the store is closed, you need to get out of here!" I told him "I'm sorry, I'm trying to make my way to the register". I'm scanning my items and he's watching me like a hawk with his arms folded! I tried telling the clerk, but it was obvious she didn't care, she just wanted to leave. This security guard made me so uncomfortable I doubt I'll shop at this store for a while!

Absolutely love this store because it is a one stop shop and you can even buy cute everyday clothing. Love their kids clothing sales and have purchased plenty of things for my kids to wear on a day to day basis. Great selection of beer too!

I have been going to King Soopers for 20 years now, and never have I ever in my time going to king Soopers ever been miss treated the way I have by 2 manager and customer service. We have rented a rug doctor from them and asked for a refund because the rug doctor was not sucking up any of the water. They refused and said they will give $10 back which we paid almost $100 to rent it out. I said this is not ok and told them I will call rug doctor corporation. Rug doctor gave me a reference number and said that they need to refund me my money back and so I went back and they refused to still give me my refund. I will be calling king Soopers corporation and hope that no body has to deal with this like I did. Lucky rug doctor said they will refund my money back by sending a check. I think rug doctor should not rent their things to king Soopers if they aren’t gonna be repressing rug doctor correctly.

there is a manager here and also just 2 more employees who are never happy to see an african american couple come into the store. we also have a hard time with WENDY (clerk manager) and two other ladies who are also new. We had moved to parker in December of 2022 and live literally right across the street. before the new ladies started working here we have been greeted with so much kindness and comfortability. now we dread coming into this store. we used to shop almost every single day and now only go in once a week dreadfully, only because we know the experience we are going to receive. the store is great the employees not so much. customer service here makes you feel like your flea disrupting the stores atmosphere, they make you feel as if your secretly being interrogated as if you have done something wrong. never knew racism like this existed only on the internet. Sad to see it in a community I have chosen to call home. :( sad. However Kat and Kevin at Self Checkout are unbelievably warm respectful and welcoming.

Best place to shop from grocery, clothing, kitchen gadgets, makeup, shoes, Colorado collection of clothes, keychains, mugs and everything you want under one roof.

Maybe the best King Sooper I've been to. Great variety, spacious cafe area both indoor and outdoor, and a lot more stuff than I have seen at any other King Sooper. Definitely didn't expect them to carry all the clothing they did. The layout of the store was a bit using with the extra merchandise, and it made it harder to find what I was looking for, but I can write this off as a reasonable side effect of that extra merchandise. Also, the self-checkout made some really annoying sounds, moreso than any other I have had to deal with — but that's a trivial issue and not something I would deduct their score over.

I haven't been to a king soopers where they sale clothing and shoe's for all ages I got lost there lol it's really big. I have to say I loved it. I would definitely recommend this king soopers I will continue to go to this one even after I move back to Aurora it's not too far from work

In my opinion, this is one of the best King Soopers in the area. It’s got such a large selection of items and produce, even more than the average King Soopers. If you can’t find a specific item in a King Soopers, I’d recommend checking this store. Overall this is one of my favorite Kings and may be one of the best in the state!

The pharmacy could do a lot better. Their hours are great but trying to get anything changed you’re just out of luck. An antibiotic shouldn’t require days of trying to get something fixed.

The pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. I picked up medication my insurnace has always covered, and was told that it wasn’t covered and was $100. I needed it so I payed it, but the next time I refilled it I went to the king soopers on Quebec and they successfully ran it through my insurance, and I payed $2.00. I tried to run a separate medication through this pharmacy and was once again told that my insurnace doesn’t cover it. Then they said the insurance wouldn’t cover extended release so I had to take multiple pills a day. I was confused but said ok. An hour later another pharmacist at this location called me back to say insurance didn’t cover my medication, and when I told her I just had this conversation with her coworker she said she didn’t know. It’s just obvious that the employees are not trained properly or so not communicate with each other or insurnace correctly. Will not be coming back.
