King Soopers

Shoutout to Debbie who works the self-checkout lanes! Making the switch to reusable bags at self-checkout has been so stressful for me, but she gives all the best tips, helps me push the right buttons, and is so kind when I make mistakes that it really eases my anxiety and makes this particular store my go to! Thank you for being so awesome!

Stopped in at King Soopers to pick up a little bit of items. Went to the deli Department. Two women there that didn't have name tags. one of them was so rude she wore a lot of makeup on her face she had an attitude!! never smiled really poor customer service!!.. the problem with hiring people like her the union protects them so we're stuck with her horrible attitude? The other Woman didn't listen to what I ask for chicken pieces legs, thighs, brought me back something else.

I absolutely adore Maria, who brings my curbside pick up out to me most days. She is always so kind and always chooses the best item substitutions when they are rarely needed. My order is always ready early AND she doesn’t keep me waiting more than a couple minutes once I get there. Thanks Maria for making my busy days a lot easier!!!

The customer service from the checkers has really gone down hill. Used to be a great store with great people. I now feel very uncomfortable shopping there. I feel like the staff harass shoppers now more often than not.. even if it's not me..I see it. One of the times they had a security guard who was very very rude and a bully. A very short Hispanic girl. I won't be going back until there are friendly staff again.

This used to be my favorite king soopers until I keep continually buying ROTTEN meat directly from the store. Getting home and trying to cook dinner with meat fresh from the grocery only to find out it was sold spoiled is extremely frustrating, and in this economy a huge waste of money I don’t really have to waste.

I have been to King Soopers self check out every since they started it and have never experienced the problems I had at the 80th and Sheridan store today. The clerk had to do something with the machine 3 times before I got checked out and she indicated it was all my fault. Guess I will go back to 64th and Sheridan where the machines work properly.

Best fried chicken! Especially when it's hot & fresh, but even good cold. They must have a true southern chef back there making this fried chicken because it's better than any of the FF joints here in colorado. Keep up the good work fried chicken chef!!!

Pharmacy is ridiculous. Very rude, just like every other review. They lie about timing, and had the nerve to try and tell me my insurance dropped me. They will lie and intentionally make filling a nightmare if they don’t like you. Pretty sure they voted for Bernie.

I used to live here a few years ago and always had a pleasant experience with this store and the pharmacy. I moved my prescription to a store closer to the Littleton area. At the beginning they were good but in the last few years I have had awful experiences. Especially dealing with the adderall shortage I could not find find one fast acting adderall for my daughter to take it took me two times of going there. I moved and asked my children’s doctor to change back to this pharmacy. I had met with mine before my thought that it would be closer for me to pick up here again. Instead I was in the area and decided to call the pharmacy to get my med ready. When I got there they had filled an old less mg prescription. I saw the on rude employee and just thought I would figure it out. I went to my kids meds at this one and immediately I was greeted cheerfully and she noticed my meds for my daughter were new. I called my dr and asked to have my correct ned be sent here. I even got a personal call from the pharmacy to check that I could pick up the meds since I was out of town and when I called today to let them know my husband was in the area and would be picking up I got a live person who put it in the notes. He had no problems picking it up. I am moving out of state in a few months but I will continue to have my meds here until I move officially. Thank you for all the employees for doing a stellar job!

!!UPDATE!! Zero stars!! (Only has one star because it won't allow me to post the review without putting at least one) I was checking out my Instacart order and when I needed an item voided, the employee accidentally voided the order. When I mentioned that she voided it wrong, she started blaming me and raised her voice when I wouldn't agree. My voice got raised in reaction and the security told me to stop yelling or I'll be kicked out and when I asked the employee to just go away, she said no and the security guard told me to stop acting like a child... Now I'm not an expert in customer service but, as a security guard, you should have approached and found out what the issue was instead of making the customer the one in the wrong when you have no idea what transpired. I will never be back to this location and probably no Kroger location in the US ever again. 👎👎👎 I called and talked to 2 people at Kroger in Cincinnati, so we'll see if anything is done. I already posted it on one location but you know companies never really reach out when there's an issue at there place of there business. Just for a public service announcement, I would not order or go shopping anytime before noon or 1:00 p.m. at King Soopers any day. Kroger's is too cheap to hire overnight stockers so nothing is ever really in stock from the time they open till about noon. Makes it so there is barely any room to walk down an aisle because of everything stacked up on pallets down aisles. Have a great day!
