Grabbed a couple dirt bike stands 25% off for labor day weekend. Love shopping here. It pays to be patient, its harbor freight, your gonna stand in line. Everyone's shorthanded anyway since nobody wants to work or are lazy and wants to work from home. Thank the employees who DID show up. Know what your coming for and expect things to be out of stock often but don't treat the employees like garbage when your wrenches aren't in stock or get upset because a cashier didn't make eye contact with you or was 'short' with you. Grow up people

I picked up a small Apache 1800 Rugged Mobility hard case for my handgun. Great price $15-$25 depending upon the size. This place is dependable and very reliable. I have been shopping here for many years. They always have what you need and are very helpful when you’re not sure how to do something. Come in and walk around. There is something for everyone. You’ll thank me later!

I've shopped at this store hundreds of times in the last 4 or 5 years. I love the place. My only gripe is that despite several changes in managers, etc, the Aurora store is consistently out of inventory. I end up going to Englewood or Highlands Ranch because more often than not, the Aurora location won't have something I'm looking for in stock. I'm not versed on how inventory is replenished from the corporate level down, but It would be great if the people at the top could send more trucks more frequently to the Aurora store.

My go to store and saved so much over the years. It's not full of staffs but that's understandable. Staffs are friendly and I'm super satisfied.

I just called the store in Aurora CO. And this dude Stacey told me to hold on and I said okay. He came back to the phone and I guess he didn't realize I could hear him the entire time. Then he said what are you looking for almost screaming and I said I was waiting for you to quit taking so I can tell you and this dude hung up the phone would not answer it for several minutes 🤔. I'm figuring that he's running the show there!! WOW THAT'S AMAZING 👏

The manager with all the tattoos couldn't tell if it was a she or he. It needs to get some CS training. No one was in line and it freaked out when we walked up to get checked out and told us we needed to stay behind the line until it called us up. Does not handle pressure well with just a few customers around. Will not get my business anymore.

This location never has anything I want on the shelf. I check online before I go and nothing there when I get there. I've completely stopped going here even thought its 5 minutes from my house. Any other location in denver is fine except this one.

short staff most of the time, always packed, always waited awhile to get checkout. the staffs are not very friendly. tools shortage most of the time, unorganized, and place are smaller than other harbor freights. Gotta check on the app first to see if they have available, but sometimes its not even accurate.

Best place for "I don't know if I'll need this more than once" tool purchases. Not always the best long term purchase, but definitely the best if you need something now.

Store is BARELY stocked. I have never gotten everything on my list in one visit. It also always seems to be super busy with long lines, but they usually have only one person cashing people out.
