More helpful than big box stores. Not to busy. Usually have items I'm looking for and I shop here more for the convenience. They offer services like screen repair, cutting late model car chip keys and more.

Would have have given 5 stars if they had military or senior discount like most other Ace Hardware stores.
I love this hardware shop. Everyone is always very helpful and they have a great selection of various products. They have everything from paint, bbq tools, traegers, yard tools and a large amount of nuts bolts and screws that will fit any of your project needs.

I really needed a key made for a specialty lock for a desk drawer. Went to Home Depot...no luck. They sent me to Walmart.... no luck. I ran over to Ace and even though they didn't have the right key Prakash tried to make one work for what I needed. He was not sure it would work so he sent me on my way no charge and with another recommendation for a local locksmith just in case. What a wonderful customer service experience.

Love the store just don't care for how expensive it is compared to others. But it does have a lot of cool items that I had never seen anywhere else, especially around the holidays. I'd shop here more if I had the $.
