I had a toilet delivered, and the delivery went perfectly. The toilet was missing parts, so I called and then went in for replacements. Mike and Brian at customer service were super busy, but they still made sure to get me help asap. Brian took great care of me helping me identify what I still needed, and finding me replacement hardware. You can’t control when a prepackaged item is missing something due to human error, but you can control how you handle it. The reps at this Lowe’s handled it amazingly. Thank you!!

A good place for all your home needs unless you want something delivered and installed. They use CSRT Home Solutions, at least for appliances. Look them up on the BBB. You will find tons of people with my same experience. For me, like others on BBB, it was the worst customer service experience I've had in my long life. After multiple no shows, no phone calls, promises from both the installers and Lowe's that didn't happen, I had to hire my own handyman to pick it up and install it. Lowe's must know this is a problem yet they are letting it continue. I'm really sorry because I preferred their store over their major competitor, but I'll never buy anything that needs delivered from Lowe's again as long as they're using that company.

Friendly customer service rep assisted me in using a temp Lowe’s credit card as I inadvertently forgot it at home. One rep in the store had a couldn’t be bothered attitude when I asked for a location of a product and I feel the layout of the store’s departments could be more organized but otherwise my visit was uneventful and I was able to secure the items I needed while using my Lowe’s card.

This stores delivery is sub par, 2 hours early not even in the delivery window, driver was rude. No prior notification delivers was in route. Was notified when he called at the front door. I did not authorize a drop. And by lowes delivery standards I could not review my order prior to accepting due to driver just dropped in driveway with no authorization. So I was unable to sign for the delivery. I box of screws was open and some bad wood. All I have to say is WOW never order from Lowes, Home depot all the way. To add to this 40 minutes between 2 phone calls and not a single manager was able to answer the phone.

I went in to get window treatments in February, spent at least an hour getting my order into the computer, which then crashed and I was told they'd call. I never got a call. I called multiple times, left messages, never got a return call. I was able to put in the same order online at Home Depot for pretty much the same price. They did the measurements and install.
EDITED FOR TYPOS AND GRAMMAR: I have a long history with this location. I'm fairly patient, but I'm over it at this point. I just tried to buy some carpet. Spent 10 minutes waiting for help. Finally went and asked for help. They called for someone in flooring to help. Waited another 10 minutes, nothing. I found another associate, and again asked for some assistance. She too called for someone to come and assist. Again, nothing. I finally got tired of waiting, and decide to just let a manager know how poor their store's service is. I went to the customer service desk and asked to speak with a manager. Shocker....standing there for 10 minutes, no one shows up. I just left. Pretty sad I have to chase someone down to give them my money. I wish I could say I was never coming back to this location, but I'm sure, like today, I'll be forced to at some point. Worst Lowe's in Aurora. Avoid if you can.

Prices are great and less expensive compared to other stores. Plus they have great customer service. And most of the time they have what you need and want. I really like shopping here.
I bought my 1st home my realtor gave me 1800 gift card. I went to purchase a few items at the time the cashier would take the card scan it so I handed my card cashier she scanned it. I left the store, the next day I couldn't find my card realized cashier never handed it back as she knew my balance. Called complained asked for lost pervetaion to check cameras no help from that dept as they said they wernt allowed to show me any footage. However, to a surprise the card showed up I went to Manger asked for my card and they were snickering and laughing. I called my balance it had 10 bucks left. Yeah Don't expect this location to help if your a victim of fraud. Funny cause this company will sure press theft charges if you steal from them. But when I tried to get to the bottom of their crooked employees nothing was done they had every excuse to cover their thieving tracks. No refund of any kind, no compensation no apology no help. .. After this incident I always double check my belongs can't trust Customer service cashiers as busting a lick was her concern.
Pretty decent store, although it can be somewhat difficult to get customer service while shopping in the store & someone with adequate product knowledge! I asked one staff member a question about a product in the department she was in and she was completely unhelpful & more concerned with leaving for the of the day rather than assisting me even though there was still about 40 minutes left in the shift before closing. I would think, at the very least, she would offer to find somebody that could assist. Instead, she just stood by the door doing nothing while she kept checking her watch. Another staff member I was able to finally find was extremely helpful & and kind. Although he recommended a paint on sale that I could use for my interior trim that happened to be for exterior use only! Thankfully, I noticed that it said exterior paint before I opened it & started the paint job as it can be hazardous for the respiratory system & cause irreversible health issues if enhaled due to the toxins in the paint according to all the research that I did. If I had been in the enclosed room that I was planning on painting (that has no windows), that could have ended very baldy badly for me!
