I love the variety of seasons and decor. It's like an adult candy store! Love their Halloween, Christmas, and Outdoor living items best.
Halloween gear is going on sale at At Home now. Just picked up this 10 footer today.
At home has extremely dishonest business practices. I ordered 8 dinner plates online because they were not available in the local stores. I had to pay $15 shipping fee (on a $60+ purchase) because they won't ship to the nearby store. 3 out of the 8 plates came broken. I provided photos of the broken plates in customer service complaint. They are refusing to replace the damaged plates, only refunding the money for the 3 broken plates. Their online stock is clearly showing that they have those plates in stock. But, they refuse to send replacements and want me to order the plates again along with additional shipping fees. Total trash of place.

This store has so many beautiful and useful things. Prices are super reasonable. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
I love love this store! I've been to them in Birmingham AL & Lexington KY. This one had some great finds, as always. However, the store was a big mess! Aisles cluttered & some impassable. The outdoor section was especially crowded. Huge stacks of new inventory completely blocking entire sections! Especially difficult with a large cart & a stroller. We did find what we were looking for (& more!)

rude, judgemental, prejudice and just plain unprofessional employee (s) 1 man in particular wird cause hes was covered with tatoos.. I left the store (two mins tops) to grab my phone when I returned my cart was no where to be found didn't feel like spending another 45 mins to refill with the items I was going to purchase. So I went to my car to wait for my partner to finish when she got to the car she informed me that he was running his mouth to the entire store telling customers and employees alike to watch out for me . That I was a weirdo and other unpleasant remarks . ..... I find this very disheartening because I happen to really like the products at the home store and I've only had plesent experience at locations

Great store for most home essentials. Decent benefits for signing up for free membership with phone number. Staff is so friendly! Returns are easy!
We bought a grey umbrella for outside last year. We paid $80. We enjoyed it but the unexpected wind destroyed it at the end of the season. I went and re-bought the same umbrella the other day. At checkout it rang up $100. I thought "well maybe it costs more to make now because of materials". I get the umbrella home and open it up. It had the price tag from the year before hanging inside. So they literally took their instore product from last summer and marked it up $20 for what reason? 馃 I love this store but will not be buying anything else from them and am returning the umbrella. Just BAD business taking advantage of customers.

We wanted to see if they had Halloween things out yet, and were not disappointed! We came home with this 10 foot beauty!
Such a fun experience. They have an aisle for everything. They literally have an aisle dedicated to cast irons. Pretty easy store to navigate. The prices are not totally outrageous and the staff seems pretty friendly
