We ordered granite counter tops from the Parker store. They were very helpful, and we received great customer service throughout the process!! They had Front Range Stone install them and they did a top-notch job. You have to look at the counter up close to see the slight seam in the counter. From start to finish we had a great experience.

I generally have a slightly positive impression of Home Depot, but this particular one exceeded my expectations. In particular, the customer service was top notch. Although I had to ask a few times, for the most part I practically had employees throwing themselves at me to help me — they were ALL very friendly and sincere, not in the usual fake customer service persona sort of way, and it was very refreshing. They ended up not having what I needed, and I ended up going on a wild-goose chase through the store and coming out empty-handed — however, because of the service, and how patient the employees were with my very particular needs, I still somehow felt very satisfied with the visit.

The folks in the store are great but don’t get your appliances from them, especially if you live in The Pinery because the delivery service is horrendous. We placed an order for a new frig on 7/9, with a delivery date of 7/15. That was pushed out to 8/7, and then changed to 8/3. The driver showed up at the top of our driveway (we have a flag lot), and because it was raining wouldn’t deliver the frig. We asked for them to wait 5 minutes for the rain to subside (based on radar maps), but the driver refused and said he was going back to the warehouse. Of course, the rain did stop after 5 minutes and now we are being told they can’t deliver before Saturday the 5th. We have no time frame (and we have plans), so basically we have to wait for The Po’ to tell us what works for them. We asked for delivery tomorrow since it was because of their driver’s error we have to reschedule but their logistics systems won’t allow it. Great customer service, right? Employees that are so tied to technology that they can’t think outside of the box and come up with a solution, right? I guess it was all our fault that, as the last stop and 45 minutes before the end of the delivery period it rained for 5 minutes and the driver left. We’re going to be building a house, and I can guarantee that Lowe’s will be getting our business and not The Po’. Yes, we are upset especially when our first two calls into the appliance hotline went to the customer satisfaction survey and not a person. We’ve spent nearly 90 minutes on the phone with no solution. We’re contacting corporate as well. This is no way to run a business. PS read thru other reviews - several others have had problems with appliance delivery. Maybe someone should hold those folks accountable?

Not my first home Depot review, normally done for the Google points. That being said they're likely to have what you need when you need it if you're working on making your home more livable or more attractive.

Depot advertises 10% discount for military members but this does not include electrical cable, lumber, plywood, OSB and many other items. My "10% MILITARY discount" on $400 of the above items was ZERO! Thanks a lot Home Depot for supporting the military with so many EXCLUSIONS.

Shout out to Dimitri at the 11111 Parker Rd. store in Parker, CO. His customer service skills are top notch! I went in to get a couple of bags of brown mulch. Many of the bags had holes in them so I was trying to maneuver through them to find those with the least amount of damage. Dimitri was passing by, noticed I could use some help and proceeded to lift and tug until he found a few good bags. I appreciate him for going over and beyond!

Dave in tools is very unprofessional and Racist. First off he interrupted the conversation I was having with another young man stating, “she rented the truck” in a smurkish manner. He came at me sideways during my truck return claiming I didn’t top the truck off after I showed him my receipt. He then proceeded to go on about how he is a mechanic and knows how cars are, but you’re working at Home Depot so you obviously don’t know much. I think Discriminating against black people should be in his job title because he’s definitely good at that!

I ordered a new washer and dryer from this location after picking out a washer and dryer from the store. When placing my order, I ensured that I selected installation. When the washer and dryer were delivered, I was rudely told that I did not pay for installation. I was also told the power cord did not come with the dryer, and would have to pay extra for one. I called support and upon reviewing my receipt, I did pay for installation. Of course, no one could be sent out for another week to complete the installation they were supposed to do. No refund of any sort could be offered. I went back and looked at the Home Depot order and went through the steps to order the washer and dryer again, and ordering a power cord was not an option. Never buying another Home Depot appliance again.

Went to buy some plants the sign said 16.88 and the people at service desk sat and argued with me and the Manger I think k from garden center Stacy came up and was argued with me and when I told her to take her plants back she like well I will give them to you for that price and did not go take the sign down they kept telling it was on the wrong rack well fix the problem.i remember why I hardly ever spot at any home depot And the employees telling you that it is above their pay grade
